Summary: Cozy house with massive outdoor options. Owner’s attention to detail is unmatched. Reminder labels everywhere (wireless, lights, BLE speaker activation, outdoor extras, etc.). Also provided charcoals, lighter fluid, and wood for fire pit. Highly recommended.

Summary: We had a lovely time. The house was as described. There was some very minor tornado damage, which we were notified of before arrival. The host was very communicative. Everything was easy and straightforward. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the artsy cottage. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful trees all around. The home was so accommodating and the beds were so comfortable. Great location to visit our kids at FSU. Would stay again.

Summary: The home was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful. The home was very clean, beautiful and super organized. the pool and yard were amazing. Tracey was great to work with and was very helpful. We definitely are coming back to stay here. We were visiting my Aunt in Tallahassee and who has cats and my daughter is very allergic and Tracy’s home is pet free and very clean. 5 stars for sure
