Summary: My Mom, Aunt and I have a yearly girls trip to somewhere we have never been before. This place did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for all three of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, feeling the breeze and fresh air. Very clean and comfortable. Chincoteague is a very cute little town with unique shopping places and plenty to do outside. We ventured over to the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and was able to view the wild horses. Pretty amazing watching them in their natural habitat. I would definitely recommend this particular home to friends and family if they come visit this area.

Summary: This property is fantastic! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and we loved the location on the channel. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Summary: Overall check in went well; however, later that evening we returned from dinner to discover someone had entered the unit leaving evidence of their presence. We were frightened & disturbed by the unknown entry that no one could explain. We believe the checkin code WAS NOT changed from previous/renters. There is much more to this incident, but I’m thankful to say we stayed and enjoyed family time in this beautiful unit. The property manager/staff responded quickly to the incident detailed above and other concerns that came up during our stay; they were friendly and professional. The views from the unit are amazing; the 3 flights of stairs were unexpected - they may have been noted- I don’t recall, but my husband and mother tackled them like rock stars. The pictures are on point and showcase the unit accurately. Our first visit to Chincoteague; we will return , not to this property bc of stairs, if you’re good with the flight of stairs which meet you at entry and take you up to the main floor and the bedrooms two more flights up , this place is lovely.
