Positive: Pool! Porches! All of the activities you have to rent separately are there (kayaks and bikes and beach chairs and games) Great location - quiet but a mile to ice cream and within biking distance of the beach and playgrounds
Negative: It was a little rustic which made it a great value - some people might want a fancier place, but it's perfect for families.
