Charcoal grill for cooking those nightly summer meals with a drink in hand. Picnic table under shade of tree to enjoy your barbecue. Outdoor furniture to relax, read, and take in beachy breezes or just have a drink, relax and chill out shooting the breeze with friends and family. Four beach chairs provided for your convenience (2 low chairs to sit lower on the sand/beach and 2 captain like chairs-fold up-easy to carry). Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Come explore what the island has to offer and more! See the famous ponies, walk up to the lighthouse for an amazing aerial view of the island. Check out the new water park! Summary: The house is beautiful, we especially enjoyed the back porch and the outdoor shower. The host gave us great suggestions of places to eat and places to visit while on the island. However we had a plumbing issue with the toilet. We were unable to contact the host after several attempts we contacted vrbo who also tried to contact her and was unable to reach her. Unfortunately because this was the only bathroom in the house we had to leave a day early but Christine was generous and gave us a one night refund for the night we were not there. Overall the experience was very good. as

Summary: This property had a plumbing issue at the time we were to be there. Christine moved us to another property, oyster haven. She couldnt have been nicer to accommodate us. Cute place! Convenient as well.

Summary: We Loved staying in this warmly inviting cottage on Chincoteague island. Every comfort was provided in this warm beach cottage and the well- appointed amenities made it feel like home. Having breakfast on the sunny enclosed porch was a great start to the day! Within walking distance of good restaurants, the waterfront, shopping, with a short drive to local sights.
