Welcome to Water’s Edge in the heart of Chincoteague Island - this home delivers, y’all! Not far from Downtown Main Street, you’ll feel a million miles away, yet be so close to everywhere you want to be! A Townhome with all the comforts of home - and then some!
You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area - sink into the huge Sectional and take in amazing Views of the Chincoteague Bay. We should mention this lovely Townhome directly faces the most gorgeous Sunsets - and there’s nothing like a Chincoteague Sunset. Enjoy Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming Only TV, and simply hang out with those that matter most. (Fireplace is decorative only). You may not even turn on the TV once you see the Views from the Waterfront Decks - and there are multiple Decks with all sorts of fabulous Views!
Just off the Living Area, follow the gorgeous Hardwood Floors to the Kitchen and Dining Area. The Chef in your family will appreciate how well-stocked it is! Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries - there are many options just a hop, skip, and jump away. Dine in the comfort of Central AC, or wander out to the Deck off the Kitchen, which has a Dining Table and welcomed shade. This is a great spot when the wind is blowing, but you still long to sit outside. Just off the Living Area and Kitchen, you’ll find a convenient Half Bath.
Water’s Edge sleeps 5 in pure comfort. Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Bedroom 1 is a Master and has a luxurious King Bed and magnificent Bay Views from your Private Deck. Just imagine slipping out to stargaze while the rest of the family slumbers. There is also Flat Screen Streaming TV, and a Private Master Bath with Tub/Shower Combo and Double Vanity.
Just down the Hall, Bedroom 2 sleeps 3 with a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed, and also has a Flat Screen Streaming TV. This room also has its own Private Deck! A 2nd Full Bath is in the Hall and has a Walk-in Shower. There’s even a convenient 2nd Floor Laundry with a Full Size Washer and Dryer - you can’t get this at a Hotel or Cabana.
But we all know a Vacation is all about the Experience - and Water’s Edge IS an Experience you’ll treasure with your family forever. And OH, the Outdoor Living! Only a few minutes from Assateague National Seashore, where our Wild Ponies roam free, you can have your cake and eat it, too! Rent a Kayak and explore the shallow waters near the house, or bring your Boat and use the Boat Slip provided at no additional cost! You will never hear “I’m bored” from the kids on this visit!

Summary: Cleanest property in which we have stayed - Even left a gratuity in appreciation for the condition of th property. Fully stocked kitchen although we didn't use the facility for eating. Property management team was very responsive to any needs. Instructions were simple and appropriate such as when to take out garbage.

Summary: Waters Edge provided all the comforts of home. The views from both floors were remarkable wirh the bonus of watching the sunset from the living room and master bedroom. Location was central to our activities. Highly recommended this property!

Summary: The house is beautiful and very spacious. The bedrooms are a good size and each has their own deck. The sunset views are fantastic! Easy to do business with, the property company was very responsive quickly and checked in on us periodically with inclement weather (Hurricane Debbie came closely)

Summary: Not one complaint from us on this property! Clean, plenty of room, great view from one of several balconies, awesome location within walking distance to food, shopping, and carnival grounds, easy communication with property manager and no in person check in our out required! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Summary: The location can’t be beat. The views are incredible and we loved evenings and sunsets on the multiple decks overlooking the water. The unit itself is nice and includes the basics you would need. Washer and dryer is a great bonus for a beach trip. But the space itself is definitely aging and could use some attention, particularly the bathroom floors as well as the air vents and surrounding walls. I realize it’s near the water but the unit could really use an overall deep clean with special attention to the mold and mildew around a number of the air vents.

Summary: Perfect location to enjoy Chincoteague. Lovely multi level living space with balconies facing the water and gorgeous sunsets. Very attentive property managers…we had no issues, but appreciated the check-in’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Water’s Edge was just the place to unwind. Walking distance, 6 minutes, to our favorite restaurants. Bills Prime and Rope Walk. We sat back and watched the shore birds from our deck. The place was spotless on our arrival. Will definitely be back. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful home with us.
