Positive: The hosts were very friendly and helpful and stayed in contact throughout our stay. The house is very pretty and frequently photographed by passers by. There are basic shops and restaurants close. Parking is at a little distance, but easy. The area is very beautiful with many interesting places to visit and some good walks nearby.
Negative: The house is not especially comfortable or convenient for a longer stay. There’s a very steep climb to get to it; the bathroom is on the ground floor while bedrooms are upstairs; it was difficult to find a place to sit in the evening with enough light to read a book.
Summary: Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

Positive: Authentic and cozy cottage with a beautiful view over the river in the middle of a beautiful small street. The cottage was very clean and the homeowner and Martine very friendly. Highly recommended.
Negative: The road to the cottage is very steep, but not a problem for us.
