Positive: Views, grounds were beautiful, very clean, and coffee bar was very nice.
Negative: If you are going to request that there be no alcohol on site- that clearly needs to be part of the advertisement on this site- just as no smoking and no pets are clearly indicated. That was not posted until our arrival at the farm house and we saw it as part of the “rules” listed in the refrigerator and in the welcome binder. As this is wine country and we were there for a wedding celebration we would have liked to have known that ahead of arrival.

Positive: Location was so close to Skaneateles! We came for a wedding and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. Just note there is no TV which for me was a plus. Two thumbs up!

Positive: Property was fine. It needed a few more pots and pans. There were. Plenty of towels and comfortable bedding.
Negative: I have no problem with a host who prohibits alcohol BUT that info should be made clear in the rules that are published online so we know before arriving. There was no indication of this rule until you arrived. It seemed like a bait and switch especially since one of the biggest local tourist attractions is the ny wine trail
