There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.

Summary: Just a few minute walk directly to the Colosseum. Location couldn’t have been much better. Traveling with my kids and this was a great property to stage our Rome adventures out of. We spent our time in the old part of Rome near the Colosseum and forum but given the metro stations nearby can easily explore anywhere in the city. The property has all the essentials. Great to have a room for me and also beds for each of the three kids. And enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night as things were winding down for the day.

Summary: It’s a good location, not too far from the Train station. There’s metro right there as well. Seemed like every time I mapped a walk it was 7-10 minutes. Just fine for us. Hope we can come back someday.

Summary: Terrific stay in a vibrant Rome neighborhood. Our first trip to Rome and Daniela was super helpful even to the point of helping us with logistics like directions and transportation. Great location that allowed us to walk to most of our tours and also great dining options with a responsive and accommodating host. We hope to stay again

Summary: You can’t beat this location, which is a quick 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. There are plenty of nearby food markets, restaurants and transportation. The apartment was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Great to have a lift in the building, a balcony, a large kitchen and a washing machine as we stayed one week. Plenty of hot water for showers and control of the thermostat, which we really appreciated because we’ve stayed at other other places where that wasn’t the case. The TV also had great streaming options. Daniela responded quickly to our messages. The only minor issue we had was a miscommunication about the coffee maker. Perhaps there was a language barrier. There was an electric hot water kettle but we don’t drink instant coffee. There was also a super small Italian Moka pot. We ended up buying a 6 cup moka pot. My wife and I work online while traveling so we like renting apartments and lingering over breakfast in the morning. We would definitely come back to Daniela's apartment and we know you would enjoy the apartment as well.

Summary: Property is spacious and quite, in a great location, with a bar on the ground floor of the building serving Italian wine's from small producer's, as well as coffee, pastries and small plate. There's also a bakery, veg shop and brilliant delicatessen nearby.Good base to explore Rome.

Summary: I’ll start by saying that Daniela was very responsive up to and during our stay. The check-in process was smooth and seamless and Daniela was kind enough to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in. The apartment was more spacious than I was expecting and is quite lovely. We enjoyed being able to sit out on a balcony. I do agree with some of the other reviewers that the shower could be updated and that the water temperature fluctuates. There was also no hot water in the kitchen, but not sure if this was a one-off. I would suggest that when using the hair dryer, keep it a safe distance from your head, as your hair will be sucked in to the fan! The location is very close to a Metro station, grocery store and many restaurants. Neighbourhood felt very safe. All in all, I’m comfortable recommending this apartment.

Summary: 3rd stay on our adventure. After a 4hr drive & harrowing drive around central train station in Rome.........3 times we locate the rental car agency to return car. A 30min wait for cab then arrival to Apt only to wait another 45 min until the door is opened for us from some faraway place. Not exactly an auspicious beginning, but we enter the home with high hopes which were quickly diminished. Enjoyable Restaurants & Bars within walking distance. mike & janet

Summary: Daniela was responsive, location was great. Shower was nasty with mold and water temperature fluctuating. Bed was too soft, had to sleep on sofa and pullout.

Summary: Nice apartment with easy access to many attractions. We could walk or catch the metro to just about anywhere which was great. Good size, good comms and nice kitchen too. Shower was a little hot and cold, but fine for us.
