It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island so you can enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is within easy walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants including Mad Martha's, The Sunset Club, Riptide Cafe and Bar, and tackle and bait shop. For WINTER rentals, it is conveniently located, not too far onto the island. A great plus during those snow storms!
The beach house is very clean and has new appliances just waiting for your enjoyment.

Summary: we came from Virginia to attend my nieces wedding. (Which was wonderful).. We,were close enough to make the event and visit with family and friends and far enough away to be able to enjoy some quiet time for ourselves. Perfection thank you planning a return trip in May or June

Summary: We really liked the convenience of location, not to mention all the nooks and crannies in this property so we could spread out if we wanted to. It was very convenient to have a laundry right in the unit and we appreciated the equipped kitchen.
