Steps to the beach and located on the very Southern part of the Island (right before the nature reserve entrance!)
New construction home offers an amazing open concept, designed to be a tranquil vacation/beach retreat. Home offers 3 full bedrooms with a large loft 4th bedroom with queen sleeping arrangements and 3 baths.
Layout includes King Master, 1 queen room, one full with twin over bunk and pull out twin (3 beds in room) all on the first floor. Loft includes Queen with great views and a day bed (2 beds total).
Home is laid out with bedrooms on the first floor which makes it easy to put the kiddos down or have a quiet nap and living space on the second floor with loft bedroom on the 3rd (great views!) The large master offers a king with full walk in closet, master bath with custom shower and private deck with hammock and seating. The Loft bedroom is outfitted with a new Queen and day bed (Twin) with a sitting area on the opposite end. Ocean, marsh and reserve views add to this amazing space. The first floor has AC and 2nd/3rd floors have new stand up units that require no effort to maintain. All bedrooms + loft have black out shades and fans to keep the space comfortable! In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. The island has seating for 4 while the table can sit 6. The open floor concept provides peaceful ocean and marsh views from 3 sides of the home while also providing wide open space entertaining or just relaxing on the two oversized couches with power recliners.
BriVera was designed to capture the amazing natural light and sea breeze with high ceilings & large windows throughout while offering a special touch with a nod to the area with reclaimed wood from a local barn, used throughout for loft/2nd floor ceilings.
Parking for 3 large or 4 normal sized cars. Storage area underneath offers a wash down hose with hot water and is outfitted with chairs and misc beach gear! Weber grill outside for cooking!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and the bedrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. The second floor living space had beautiful natural light from all the giant windows. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach, and although its not directly on the water you can hear the ocean from the deck. Easy off street parking too. We stayed during the off season, so the area was pretty quiet which we enjoyed. Visited some great coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well. We would love to stay again in the summer!

Summary: The house is exactly as pictured and a short walk to the beach. On clear days, we could see the ocean in the distance. The home is well-appointed, with comfortable furniture, quality kitchen utensils, generous “base” supplies, and the whole house was spotless! We loved driving into Newburyport to shop and dine (be sure to eat at Poynt!), and, had the weather been nicer, we would’ve walked around the neighborhood or on the rail trail. Absolutely perfect for our annual girls’ weekend!

Summary: We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend!

Summary: Four adults with four kids (age 5 and under) stayed comfortably for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the area. The beach was close by and very nice. Parking for large SUVs was easy. The bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs was a very good layout for our stay with young kids; it was good to have that separation. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, and kitchen was very functional. Plenty of bathrooms for our stay. Many large beach towels were made available to use. We considered using the trundle bed as a sleeping option for a child but no extra linens were readily available and the fitted sheet on that bed was not clean. The top bunk was fine for a 5 year old but didn’t seem sturdy enough for an adult or a larger child. Bath towels were clean but there weren’t extra available. Overall we found the house quite suitable and we would come back for another long weekend another time!

Summary: Close to remarkable Parker River Refuge and beach, so convenient to Newburyport for dining, balconies perfect for enjoying the outdoors for morning coffee and conversation, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, bathrooms, linens. Plenty of seating for means and conversation, felt very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Summary: The house was perfect for our stay. Newburyport is very quaint. We had to drive through it each time we hit the slopes at Ski Bradford abiu 45 minutes away. Plum Island offered beatiful ocean views and the beach was a mere 5 minutes from the house. We also took the commuter train into the city that took about an house. The train station was about 15 minutes away. The house large enough for our group of 8...3 teenage girls slept in the bunk room, 2 teenage boys took the loft...83 year old Uncle stay in the queen room and my husband and I were in the master. The only complain from everyone was thar the sheets were a bit scratchy. It may be time for new sheets for all of the bed. Overall thought, the house was great.
