Sporting event, concert, and convention goers are our specialty.
This creatively converted warehouse loft apartment is 2000 sqft and can sleep 12+ guests. Huge kitchen, large bathroom with jet tub living room, and 2 large bedrooms (with 2 queen and 2 twin beds in each). Access to our warehouse game room includes an additional full kitchen & bathroom, lounge space, pool table, ping pong, darts, TVs, and dining area. Let us know how we can assist make your stay the best possible.
Includes ample parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RVs, and groups with multiple vehicles). Additional features include a main floor lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, commercial keypad locks, and security cameras in all common area spaces.
This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience, if you are looking for a traditional hotel or house, it is probably not for you. Please note, that our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or the elderly. If traveling with children, please contact us before booking. We do not accept reservations from groups or guests under the age of 26. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Fees are based on the number of people and length of stay. Guest fee is $60.00 per night with minimum rates. Visitors are not allowed. Any local Guests who misrepresent their intentions will result in a reservation cancellation without refund.
We offer Event Space for nearly every type of gathering. All event space rental requests must provide a detailed description of your plans that include:
1) The approximate total number of people attending your event?
2) Hours of event?
3) How many of the group will spend the night, if any?
4) Any special accommodations?

Summary: I showed up after 4pm which I think annoyed the owner. Didn’t know I had to be there at exactly 4. He wanted to know my every move. Also threatened me that he had cameras if I were to bring in more people than I put were staying with me. Told me my friends could not come in bc it was more than 5 I said were staying. I felt intimidated by him & kinda creepy. Too much money spent to be treated like a child. There were spots on some of the blankets. The pillows were disgusting. The toilet paper holder was broke and there was exposed electrical wiring. WILL NOT COME BACK!!

Summary: The property was a great spot to hang with lots of space and some fun amenities. Owner was dishonest in handling rental payments. Owner was dramatic and overreacted to our party’s behavior. Owner was uncivil and discourteous regarding departure time. Nonetheless, memories were made.

Summary: Property manager was very accommodating and easy to work with. Very cool lay out and lots of room. Lounge area was pretty cool as well. Something for everyone. Highly recommend, over all great experience. Could use curtains in room closet to the street

Summary: My boyfriend and I rented this place for a Zach Bryan concert. Really cool property right above a bar the common area offered all options as far as entertainment with the pool table and slots. The apartment itself had a lot of character. I would just say if you’re staying during spring or summer, it gets really warm in there with all of the windows, and no AC. Otherwise we had a blast. Also, please note that this property is more for bachelor bachelorette type groups. All in all it was a fun experience in STL!
