Positive: The cottage was clean and all necessities were provided. The beach was steps away and beautiful.
Negative: Direction on how to access the key were confusing. We called the host, who did not return our call. We called a second number that was provided in the check in instructions and got a recording that the number was not in service. We called customer service at Booking.com and they tried to assist. Eventually, another guest helped us locate the keys. On our last day, the toilet began to leak, with water spilling on the floor. When we called the host, her first comment was that she didn't know if she could find a repair person since it was Good Friday. Had my partner not been able to shut the water flow, there would have been a significant flood. The location and cottage wer lovely. Communication with the host/agent was poor.

Positive: The peace & quiet, the garden was beautiful,beach was gorgeous & quiet. Little crabs in the garden were quite interesting.beach bar called Rascals only a short walk along the beach. Alison who prepared the villas was lovely.
Negative: We didn’t hire a car and relied on taxis all the time , not a problem for us but the supermarket was a 15 minute uphill walk so we normally waited for a taxi to get back with shopping. This did not spoil our holiday at banyan at all. Just thought I would mention it.
Summary: Fabulous holiday.

Positive: The multiple options to sit outside, the direct beach access, the big space. A lot of beach chairs to use, some green space where palm trees offer some shade. It is awesome for a family or friends group. Close to great food options and grocery stores. The beach was quiet and only a few people from the Cruise ships stopped by but way less touristy than expected. A really great stay i can definitely recommend.

Positive: The location right on the quiet beach was beautiful. Loved watching the sunsets every night. The covered balcony was wonderful as we had quite a few showers during our stay but we never had to move indoors. The Webber barbecue was a nice bonus and it too was under cover for protection from the rain. It was an easy walk to the A1 grocery store which was well stocked and also where you can catch the local buses. In the ten days we stayed here we never ate one meal out. It was just so nice sitting out on our patio looking at the ocean and listening to the waves. Even though this is a studio apartment the bedroom is separated from the kitchen/living room area The property manager was very prompt at addressing any small issues we had like a broken can opener.
Negative: Would have loved a pool but we did know there was not one when we booked.
Summary: A beautiful place to stay, so relaxing!
