Baros Maldives is a small island close to Maleโ€™ city set in a turquoise lagoon with villas secluded in palm-shaded glades by a white sandy beach or perched over-water with private sun deck. Many of the elegant, sandstone and timber, palm-thatched villas have their own plunge pool and some have a spa bath too. Every villa is private, has an espresso machine and a wine and mini-bar; in-villa entertainment includes a flat-screen TV and iPod dock. Guests can pamper themselves at the Spa or take a dip in the overwater infinity pool. Water sports and yoga are available; the resort also has a library lounge and free in-room WiFi. Positive: Everything was just perfect. The hotel staff is amazing, really kind, always available to accommodate any requests, always smiling. Food was really good. The beach is insane, snorkeling around the island is beautiful (there is a beautiful reef) but if you want more you can organise some snorkeling safari, private or in group. Special thank to Anas, he was really kind, available 24/24. Hopefully we will be back!

Positive: This was one of the best experiences Iโ€™ve ever had. If you want to relax this is the best destination. They will take care of you very well โ€ฆ Special thanks to Anas for taking care of us the moment we arrived till we left, he is so helpful and thoughtful the whole time we were there, they provide us with early morning check in and late check out since there are availability, he is the best without a doubt. Ahmed from the diving center as he helped us alot to find our way when we were snorkeling around the island and he is very knowledgeable of the place along with the team . Additionally they have the best team in the Spa where they gave the best relaxing signature massage. Lime restaurant has variety of food and all of it tastes really good โ€ฆ I would definitely recommend this place if you wanna relax, enjoy the peace and the sea.

Positive: Reema is an excellent butler. Really appreciate her customer service. Perfect place for me to relax and get sunbath. The sunset is so beautiful. Sails Bar staff are so kind and friendly. Solo traveller friendly. Seafood is delicious and fresh. Steak from Cayenne restaurant is nicely cooked too. Breakfast buffet has many types to try for me, such as Maldivian and Arabic breakfast. Nice.

Positive: Just an amazing hotel. 15 minutes from the airport by super comfortable speedboat. No need to wait the transfer at the airport as the boat is already waiting for you. The island is unbelievably beautiful and the house reef is just awesome (saw huge tortoise while snorkeling). Rooms are beautiful, bed is super comfortable, Acqua Di Parma cosmetics in all the rooms. It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed every single moment. Thanks to all the staff for their excellent work
