This Kingscliff House is the ideal Family Holiday Home. This house is only 2 min walk to the beach and a 20 min walk to nearby Cudgen Creek where you can swim and enjoy water activities. You can park your car and walk to the beach and all the cafes, bars and shops in the Salt Village
The beach is surf patrolled and you will enjoy the convenience of being so close to all the cafes/restaurants, day spas, retail shops, hairdressers, shopping village, Salt Bar & Bistro, parks and cycle ways.

15 min drive to Coolangatta Airport
30 min drive to Byron Bay
45 - 50 min drive to Gold Coast Theme Parks
ACCOMMODATION
This property is located in a residential area and there are no parties or functions permitted. Strictly No smoking.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is not before 2pm (NSW) time on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am (AEST) on departure date.
You must notify management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.
Check-in/check- out and key collections/return procedures will be face to face with management, please advise estimated time of arrival and departure so keys can be collected.
Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival of estimated time or arrival at the holiday house address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance. We will meet and greet you at the property and then personally hand you the keys.

Summary: We recommend this residence so highly. Its location is perfect, the house is perfect, it had a very relaxed feel about it, and whether its rain or shine there is always something to do. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our adult kids, and our 9 year old grandson and had the best time. We only had a 3 nights stay and we all wished it could have been a lot longer. Thank you Peta & Tom.

Summary: The property exceeded our expectations, and became not just a place to sleep but a place to hang out and holiday in. The various lounging rooms was great for the different age groups, and the air conditioning was a must for Kiwi's to cope with the heat. We would love to stay again.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at Barrels. The photos online simply do not do the home justice. It was immaculate, so relaxing, and the position can’t be beaten (especially the proximity to Salt). Many thanks also to the owners for their generosity in leaving us a lovely gift and for kindly putting up a Christmas tree. We hope to be back soon!
