Positive: Was easy to find and close to where we needed to be without having to stay in a hotel. lovely, clean and welcoming, easy check in and everything was easy to access.
Negative: The beds were a little hard. Freezer in fridge was frozen over, so a little difficult to use.

Positive: Getting the keys was no problem. The communication with the managers (not the owners) started days ahead. The place is very nice and clean. Conveniently located near salt beach (the beach across the road is unpatrolled). Not far away is the Shiny Brew where we got breakfast 3 times during our stay.
Negative: I'm not a huge fan of online check-in, especially when I need to send images of my identification online.
Summary: Perfect stay near Kingscliff with everything necessary for a few days of beach

Positive: Well priced, quiet neighbourhood, clean and tidy with excellent amenities. Fully equiped kitchen, extra fluffy blankets, beach towels and board games made our stay very comfortable and relaxing.

Positive: We asked for a late check out and this was accommodated for which we were very grateful. Beach towels were a nice extra.
Negative: The bathroom door would not stay closed and had to be propped closed using a chair. This was embarrassing and inconvenient.
