Summary: Loved the house! but renting through Vacasa was not a pleasant experience from their excessive fee rates to their responsive when you contact them with issues. Use VRBO or someone else.

Summary: We loved this house. 8 adults and 8 grandkids had a blast! Third time staying in Bayside resort. Counter ice maker was a Game Changer! No need to buy bags of ice!! Many more amen in the house That are Not listed. Did get a quick response when I emailed to see if some Things were in the house. Will be back Delaware!

Summary: This beautiful 7 bedroom house is in an excellent location and is perfect for a large family. The kitchen is well-equipped and huge. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated and has a great floor plan. There are TV sets throughout the house. Bicycles, beach chairs, and toys are provided. Our family of 15 had plenty of room and enjoyed the house immensely.

Summary: Large house with plenty of room for 16. Community with great activities. Rental agency very responsive and quick to remedy issues. Beds are comfortable. Furniture and appliances could be updated. Floors aren’t the cleanest so recommend slippers for your feet. Outdoor gas grill works great. Overall a good value for the price we paid.

Summary: Came in to the house with a couple small issues (broken spindle, running toilet, broken screen door,etc). We had a large group and did not mind the minor issues. The house was dirty when we were told to arrive after 4pm. Trash was scattered throughout the house and in the yard. Hairballs, dirty q-tips, food on the stairs and on the couch, the floors were pretty nasty. There were 3 or 4 used band aids under the couch on the porch. The sheets and towels were hairy and stained. We like to think we’re easy going but it was dirty. We called and asked for the someone to come back out and give us what we paid for. We were told they would arrive around lunchtime the following day while we were at the beach, but they didn’t show up until 5:30 the following evening while we were getting ready to eat dinner. It was a let down for the investment.

Summary: So much space, so many bedrooms, the entire extended family was able to share the home and vacation together. The only negatives were the grill and stove top were dirty and needed a thorough scrubbing upon arrival Even after the cleaning, 3 of the 5 stove top burners wouldn't light with the electronic ignition. There was an issue with one of the toilets no longer flushing half way through the week but otherwise the home was great.

Summary: The house is beautiful and very well equipped. It's centrally located to all the amenities. We rode bikes everywhere on property. We did have a delayed check in that was not communicated with us until we showed up at the house, so we waited with little kids in the hot driveway. We then walked in to a dirty house. There was trash in the bathrooms and on the back lawn, dirty countertops, dirty dishes, unmade beds, no dish soap or sponges were provided. There were little beads in a shag carpet that created a safety issue with a baby staying at the house. We were given the run around when we tried to address the issue right away and poor compensation was provided. We'd recommend the house, but not vacasa.

Summary: Beautiful spacious home, enjoying all the amenities of an upscale country club community. Oceanfront beach with food and shower amenities are only 15 minutes away. Water park, go karts, mini golf, Dunkin Donuts, gift shops etc. all along the way.
