Summary: The location is great! A couple steps from the beach. This house is great for family because upstairs and downstairs are separated, almost like 2 units. Everyone gets privacy. Will definitely be back!

Summary: This property suited our needs quite well. We were traveling with our two young children and our parents, and the house was quiet and had plenty of room for everyone. It couldn’t be more conveniently located to the beach - barely a 30 second walk away! It was also a great jumping off point to visit attractions Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Montecito. Communication with the property manager was super - Lisa checked in frequently and the property/area guide was very helpful. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was really nice to have a washer and dryer. We also loved the rooftop deck! Our one minor suggestion is that the property guide and listing says there are plenty of board games and beach supplies, but apart from one game, we couldn’t find either - and the kids looked hard! We didn’t mind, but it may be worth updating the listing/guide so that future guests have a better idea what to pack when it comes to beach gear and family entertainment. Otherwise, this property was great, and we would definitely stay again if we return to the area!
