THE PROPERTY:
If you like the beach, water parks, and lots of onsite activities, then this is a great resort for you. The resort features a lazy river, large pool, kids splash pad, waterslide and a large jacuzzi. There's also a tiki bar and restaurant onsite, complimentary movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, miniature golf, ping pong, billiards, playground, BBQ, and so much more.
THE CONDO:
The spacious two bedroom condo accommodates up to eight people with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom. There are two full baths. The living room features a sleeper sofa, and separate dining area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and complimentary wi-fi.
THE LOCATION:
The location brings you within minutes to Port Canaveral and 4 miles from Cocoa Beach. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 miles away. There are plenty of restaurants within close driving distance, especially within Port Canaveral (open to the public). Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles away.
NOTE: The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. One building is near the beach and the other building is near the resort's water park.
Resort offers complimentary self parking.
*There's a golf cart shuttle, or you may walk to the beach/pool along the boardwalk... It's only a few minutes if you walk.

Summary: Amenities not available, not apprised of situation until last minute. Very short staffed, noise from construction, computer station down, escalator and elevator down sporadically, guests crammed into small pool which quickly became overcrowded, hot tub substandard - not hot and green, no Kids' Club, paid $20 for Coke cup and not once was there soda of any kind in machine. NO compensation offered for lack of amenities which was the reason this property was chosen. Very poorly managed.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to return! Our kids enjoyed all the activities at the pool, going down the slides, mini golf, launch talks, arcade, and just simply walking around the resort. The location is ideal for dinners out, more entertainment, access to Kennedy Space Center, and boating activities like the night time boat tour to see the marine life glow in the dark. The unit was super clean and I check everything before laying our belongings down. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to return.

Summary: Great resort with awesome pool area. The lazy river, giant pool, water slide and putt putt course kept my grandkids busy to the point that we had to drag them to the beach. The on-site restaurant had good food, and the condo was updated and immaculate. One thing I thought was odd was no furniture in the massive lobby, but I understand that there was an upcoming renovation. Our stay there was one of the best family vacations we've had. I highly recommend!
