Everything appears to be brand new, very nice furniture and fixtures, TV’s, super clean, just perfect. The view of the beach is just gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time out there just enjoying the calm! There were several umbrellas and chairs we could use on the beach, which was so handy. Secure, gated building, very nice property. My Vacation Haven, the management company we worked with, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Summary: This was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher and a hardworking husband! The views were great from every location! We especially enjoyed the master bedroom view and the beautiful furnishings! The mattress is very comfortable and supportive... not too hard, and the sheets were soft and luxurious! Although this room is warmer with the large windows, we found a white fan in the closet and sat it on top of the chest. We turned it up on high and it quickly solved the issue. We also thought the bathrooms were so nice and had great views! The layout of the condo is ideal and the kitchen was also beautiful. You really can't go wrong with this one! We live in nearby Okaloosa County and wanted somewhere peaceful on the beach to rest and rejuvenate from our jobs, and this could not have been more perfect. The owners decorated very beautifully! The condo location is quiet...in the corner on the 18th floor, the views were amazing, and we were able to get some much needed rest away from the busyness of everyday work life! Thank you for a peaceful getaway! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

The only downside is that this condo is private, and the beach had priority for their private umbrellas in front of the water. You can put your umbrella behind theirs, but you can’t see the ocean until roughly 4:30 pm when they take them down each night. We 10/10 would come back to this condo!!!

Summary: This our second time in Sandestin. The first time we were at Beachside one (in a condo from the same property owner) and this time we were in Beachside 2. The condo was perfect. I was worried about “elevator wait times” since we were on the 18th floor, but we had no issues at all!! Great condo. Loved beachside two (although my kids prefer the pool at beachside one).The location couldn’t be more perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs were a big plus!

The umbrella and chairs were wonderful to have since for whatever reason the first row offered by the condo was already taken early every morning before they even started selling them. We had a wonderful time using all the amenities SanDestin had to offer, even across the road at Baytowne Wharf!
