Summary: The condo was a great Fall Break spot for our family of five! There was plenty of seating in the unit to keep us comfortable, and the host provided tons of tips and recommendations for the area. There isn’t an ocean view, but the trade off is that it’s only steps to the beach access and pickle ball/mini-golf: no elevator rides required.

Summary: This was our second time at the resort but first time staying in the tides. Happy we decided to book this option. The condo was clean and all of the appliances were up to date. Lisa was great to deal with. She was very responsive and accessible.

Summary: My family and I visited Destin area every year! Lisa's place was wonderful. She was great to work with and went out of her way to accommodate our arrival and departure schedules. The condo was clean, and very easy access to the beach and pool. The resort has changed its policy on canopy tents, which was a negative for us, but they do offer beach service for a fee and you can set you a personal umbrella. The condo was close to the grocery and shopping. The area was very safe, with a guarded entrance in and out of the property. The beach restaurant and bar were wonderful for drinks and snacks, but they do allow coolers but the pool if you prefer to bring your own. We would stay here again!

Summary: Beach was not crowded at all. Nice unit, very close to the water. Owner has all things beach-related you might need-chairs, wagon, nets, etc. Very responsive owner.

Summary: Once again, we had an incredible stay in Miramar Beach. The property was perfect for our family and had plenty to do right on site. I love the quick access to the beach as well as the downtown Destin being so close.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property last month. I hadn’t been to the Destin area in years but was pleased with the location as it was close to great shopping and restaurants. Our only flaw with the property was the balcony as the TV we were hoping to use wasn’t there. Owner was great to work with and answer any questions timely.
