Summary: I can’t say enough about our winter experience in Oak Island! My husband and I spent a month in February and experienced all kinds of weather and a peaceful desolate beach besides some free roaming pups and their owners. Our stay in this condo was absolutely perfect. In addition to having the beautiful view of the ocean and sounds of the waves 24/7., the condo itself was very well appointed and clean. We had guests throughout our stay and even though there was just one bathroom, the sink in the spare bedroom was a lifesaver. I worked from the small desk in the spare bedroom as well as the kitchen table and both worked out great.We only had one small issue and Dave was very responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The unit is exactly as described, clean and updated with good amenities. The location is outstanding with an excellent oceanfront view in walking distance from the pier and a couple of good restaurants. We really liked the South-facing view, since the sun does not "bake" the outdoor balcony at any time of day. We could sit in the comfortable chairs any time of day without sitting in full sun. Although this is not an issue for us, be aware of the flights of stairs you will need to climb to reach the unit. The property managers communicate frequently and quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved our stay. My daughter declared that this was the best beachfront condo we’ve stayed at. Only thing to consider is better lighting in the living room. Otherwise thumbs up all the way. Even the three flights of stairs were within our new health goals 😉.

Summary: The villa was clean, comfortable and ready for early check-in. We had a few issues: closet door broken off in the master bedroom, ice maker not working, light bulbs burned out, but our contact was helpful and responsive. Overall nicely decorated, amazing ocean view, well equipped kitchen. The beach and community is clean and quiet.

Summary: My husband and I were looking for a quick trip to the beach, and this property came up in our search. I snapped it up right away, and I am so glad that we did. The four flights of stairs are worth the walk for a gorgeous view overlooking Caswell Beach. While we spent most of our time outside on the deck, the bedrooms, the bathroom, and the kitchen were absolutely perfect for our needs. We were able to fully relax! We will definitely return to this property.
