Condo has two king beds, full bath with an additional sink in the second bedroom, three flat screen tv's, Hi-speed wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen and many other amenities.
Condo is located in building close to pool; complex has BBQ area, free renter parking and beautiful grounds. THERE IS NO BOAT, RV, OR TRAILER PARKING ALLOWED IN THE COMPLEX. THE COMPLEX DOES NOT HAVE OR ALLOW EV OR GOLF CART CHARGING.
Condo is on third floor; you will need to climb stairs to entrance. Complex does not have elevator.
Bed Linens and bath towels are delivered by a linen service, specifically for your stay.
Appliances include Washer and Dryer, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and microwave.

Summary: We had a great time at this condo. The weather was not the best but we had a blast! This condo was nice for all our needs. I would highly recommend this unit. Clean, quiet and relaxing beach. Owner was super quick with anything we needed and we will be back.

Summary: We loved staying at the Casa de Ava! The property was just as advertised and the owner was readily available for help. Even though we came in the middle of July, the shared pool wasn't ever so busy that we couldn't enjoy it. The beach access is also very close and it's a wonderful beach to play at. It was also great not having to drive far to the local grocery and several nice dining options - we especially enjoyed the Tranquil Harbor restaurant and Lil & John's Sweetreat Ice Cream Parlor.

Summary: We love Oak Island and have stayed many places. Although this condo has 3 flights of stairs to go up the view is great and the deck has a wonderful breeze in the evening! Would stay again!

Summary: This property had everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. The only things which could have been better (which are minor), are that the microwave didn’t spin and the knives were very dull, to the point of being borderline dangerous.

Summary: We had the most amazing time staying here at this condo! It was the perfect location and provided a peaceful getaway. The condo is an ideal location, situated between the lighthouse, Fort Caswell, Oak Island, and Southport. There is ample to do and great restaurants within easy driving distance. The condo itself was incredibly clean and the perfect size for us. It was an inviting condo with comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated with beach decor. Jenn, the owner, was easy to communicate with, provided us with great recommendations, and was proactive in her communication. We highly recommend staying here for your trip to this area!! The beach was beautiful, too!
