3 Bedroom House in Moclips

17 miles north of Ocean Shores, on a secluded street with about a dozen homes, this home is available to rent three different ways: the entire home, the upper duplex or the lower duplex. This listing is for the ENTIRE HOME, with two fully self contained units: a 2 bedroom upper unit and a one bedroom lower unit.

The view at the Blue Pearl is amazing! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room or kitchen. Walk merely 60 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home!
The amazing view is available at a small price … there are stairs … about 30 into the lower level and 40 into the upper level. They are sturdy and wide. This property would not be appropriate for someone who has difficulty walking up or down stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible.
Inside you will find two well-stocked kitchens with most everything you need to prepare meals including complimentary spices, coffee and tea, and beverage condiments as well as cleaning supplies. There is also a crock pot, electric fry pan and griddle. Linens, towels and paper products are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. There is one bedroom in the lower level with a queen bed and two bedrooms with queen beds in the upper level. There is a sofa bed in the upper living room and a futon in the lower living room, perfect if you bring along a couple of kiddos.
In the living rooms, there are smart TVs with cable service and a DVD player with a wide variety of DVD movies. There are also wireless speakers in each living room. We have a variety of games, puzzles and books for all ages! The washer/dryer is located in the lower level. There is also a coin laundry at our second location, Joe Creek Condos, in Pacific Beach.
There are full size briquette BBQs on both decks.
There is a clamming gun in the lower broom closet and two in the upper closet. Please read the WDFW rules and regulations, and bring your own mesh bag. https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/shellfishing-regulations/razor-clams
Free WIFI access is included. Please be sure to adjust your phone settings to enable WIFI calling before you leave home. Some carriers require you do this from their network. Cell phone service is sketchy along the coast! This property does not have a landline. The wifi name is 52Sunset. The password is bluepearl.
When you are ready to relax, there is an enclosed hot tub where you can also enjoy the view! The hot tub is shared by guests in both the upper and lower units. Please be respectful and follow the posted rules.
There is also a fire pit with rustic seating on the property. Firewood is available for sale in several locations nearby. You are welcome to use any wood stacked near the fire pit.
Your pre-approved dogs are welcome, with a limit of two. Pet fee applies. Dogs must be friendly and under 40 pounds. Exceptions on a case by case basis. Doggy bags are provided; please pick up and dispose of any waste your dog leaves in the yard, on the private road or on the beach. Barking dogs are not allowed. If you would not allow your dog to run off leash in a dog park due to temperament, this is not the place for you. There are many friendly dogs off leash in the area and on the beach who may approach your dog on leash.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home, on the decks & stairs or on the property.

Summary: Great location. Clean and well equipped with what you'll need during your stay. Close to beach. there were very few cars on this area of beach which was nice. The only thing we didn't like was that the windows didn't open so it got quite warm even with a/c.

Summary: We absolutely love the location of the house. So close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms had lots of bath towels, only 1 hand towel (needed more) other than that it was clean, everything worked great. Air conditioning doesn't keep the house cool at all. The beds were comfortable but pillow cases have stains, and the decorative pillows are gross. We loved having the balcony. Best view around! The hot tub was a plus! Parking is very tight. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. The hosts are very good with communication

Summary: This property fit our needs as two families, each with their own full apartment. It allowed us the ability to spread out. The view are beautiful of the ocean and beach. The hot tub was beautiful and clean. We had most everything we needed. The stairs were fine and a great way to get our steps in. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: We rented the entire house and I’m so happy we stayed here. Loved the serenity of a quiet street and beach entirely to ourselves. Hot tub enclosure was awesome so you can enjoy a soak even during inclement weather and I love that you can see the ocean from the tub. A couple hiccups upon check-in but the hosts were very responsive even though it was late when we arrived and needed to contact them. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable trip!

Summary: This place was great! We rented both top and bottom for an extended family getaway. The view was amazing, and it was a very short walk to the nice big sandy beach. The beach was not crowded so we were able to let the dogs off leash and they had a blast. This place was very well stocked and the hot tub was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We rented both (upper and lower) units of this older (1972) rental for ourselves and our daughter and her husband and kids (ages 9 and 11). The dual unit arrangement worked perfectly for us—giving us close proximity to one another, while providing separate spaces. Two things stand out about this place: the location, which provides easy access to the beach; and the hot tub, which looks brand new and provides the perfect warm up after a dip in the ultra-cold ocean. At our request, the owners and management team took extra care to clean prior to our arrival—due to our grandkids having asthma and allergy issues. Thanks to their efforts, our visit was excellent in that regard. The beach is almost completely pure sand (no water shoes required), with a VERY gradual drop-off—great for kids! A good selection of kids games—which we all played—as well as a pretty large DVD library—which we never got around to during our visit. 3 days with zero screen time—we loved that! We were very satisfied with this rental, although I offer this caveat: if you are renting just one of the two units, the upper unit is likely to be the quieter of the two, since there is some pretty noticeable noise transmission through the shared ceiling/floor. Similarly, the hot tub is a shared space, so some cooperation and conviviality with your dwelling neighbors would be ideal. In our case that was a non-issue….

Summary: The house is cozy, clean and well stocked. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend an air mattress rather than the hide a bed. Overall a great little place. The hot tub was so great to relax in after long walks on the beach.
