All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Summary: Perfect position a few steps to the beach, everything we could wish for. The welcoming melting moments and bottle of wine disappeared quickly and we couldn’t fault the facilities. Perfect autumn weather capped off our stay, a reunion of a group who had been together in London many years ago. Thanks you for a great stay!

Summary: Amazing property. Clean, comfortable beds, everything you needed is there. Views are spectacular. Close to fab eating places. We were celebrating a special birthday with family and friends, couldnt have found a better place . Highly recommended. Walk straight onto beach love love love!!!!. Host was wonderful

Summary: This Ōakura property fitted what we required perfectly. It provided separate spaces for each part of our extended family and their partners and grandchildren. The location was amazing with access straight into the beach. The views were stunning. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed this fabulous place. Thank you Pip.

Summary: We had the best time during our stay! Pip (our property manager) was in contact before, during, and after our stay and had the most lovely reception ready for us when we arrived. This beachfront house is amazing (which we knew from the photos), but additionally was stocked with quite literally everything we could possibly need during our stay (including the kitchen, beach gear, toiletries, and more). Pip even dropped a coffee plunger off one morning (as a previous guest had requested), with plunger grind coffee as well. Each room had super comfy linens and nice beds (and I’m no spring chicken so can appreciate a quality mattress!). This house appealed to our young kids, our elderly parents, and also to us. Outdoor shower with hot water was just icing on the cake! Come for the magic of being beachfront, and then stay for the comfort and level of service provided. Will absolutely stay again!
