Our beautiful fully air conditioned two bedroom/two bathroom condominium on the Gulf Coast of Florida at Sarasota/Bradenton is on the 2nd floor overlooking the golf course at Tara Golf and Country Club. The condominium, which has elevator access, has all the comforts for your holiday including private heated swimming pool, whirlpool spa, tennis court and reserved covered parking. The condo is centrally located for shopping, golf, fishing & boating.
Accommodation
• Living Room has doors onto the furnished screened lanai with a great view of the second fairway. There is Cable HDTV with DVD player and hard disk recorder (DVR).
• Dining Room is open plan to living room and with hatch to kitchen. Beautiful round glass dining table seats 6.
• Master Bedroom has king size bed with en suite bathroom and patio doors to lanai. Also has HDTV, phone and walk in closet.
• Guest Bedroom has twin beds and adjacent full bathroom.
• Kitchen includes dining area and is fully equipped with cooker/stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and phone with voicemail. Dinette includes desk, free WiFi and printer facilities for guests. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in nearby utility room.
• Main clubhouse has additional large pool, tennis courts and full fitness centre. Tara Golf & Country Club offers an award winning Sunday brunch and is especially conveniently located for the new UTC shopping mall and major restaurants.

Summary: This property was in a great location for all amenities, it was clean, well stocked with kitchenware, towels and toiletries. I would highly recommend a stay at Tara and hope to return sometime in the future.

Summary: From the first contact until our stay we had a good experience with the owner. Responds quickly and is very friendly and helpful. The condo is located in a safe area in a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. It is very clean and everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay is available; beach chairs, parasol, beach towels, cool bag, hairdryer, etc. and a fully equipped kitchen. The drive to the beach is easy and you can get there in about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next winter.

Summary: We had an awesome time at Tara. Rob was super friendly and helpful and communicative every step of the way. The condo is in a great location—super close to shopping and restaurants. Having a pool so close was also a plus, especially with smaller kids. Condo was very clean and well kept as we’re the property grounds. Everything was as described. No complaints at all and if we find ourselves in that area of Florida again I will definitely look to stay there again. I cannot say enough great things :)

Summary: Rob and Gill could not have been more gracious host even from their location in the UK. Every email we sent was answered promptly and solutions to any issue were addressed quickly. Suggestion were offered for activities to the best places to shop! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The area is safe and quiet, but reasonably close to nature walks, shopping, restaurants, and the beach areas. This was a great experience for us to spend a couple of winter months away from the cold of the Midwest Highly recommend this apartment for your getaway

Summary: We stayed here for about a month and found it to be very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It was in a great location, very central to many things. Many friendly geckos we saw every day. The owner was terrific - very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. This condo was our every day refuge from the stresses of our trip. A true home away from home.

Summary: We have been renting units in Tara for 20 years; the past 4 years in this unit. The owner keeps this place in immaculate condition. They keep it modern and clean and have updated something every year. First was new furniture and accessories,next was putting in tile on the lanai, next was a new air condition unit and now a fresh coat of paint. Although they live in England they are only an e-mail away which is always returned promptly. You cannot go wrong renting this condo.
