Positive: Loved the home and development. All homes are well kept in a nice neighborhood. The home was very spacious and clean upon arrival. Plenty of room and three full baths. Added surprise was the extra room with a private bathroom. It was not listed as a bedroom but had a daybed with trundle as welll. Mg elderly brother slept there when he came. We wanted to thank the property manager/ handy man Edgar who came over to address a front door lock issue but upon arrival addressed a few things we noticed and went out to buy a few things we noticed were missing from kitchen such as pot holders, baking sheets etc.
Negative: Master bed was not the most comfortable but the rest of mattresses were. I would prefer a larger bed for such a large bedroom . We also felt home should’ve had more dishes and silverware as we cook a lot and needed to use dishwasher more for that reason. Owner had only a few drinking glasses and when we requested more she only would give us more plastic cups with the pool as a reason for glass breakage concerns although there was a glass table in the pool area itself. Pool is unheated so we didn’t use it at all during our 2 weeks there but we knew that going in and not a deal breaker for us but a family with young children might. Also it can take up to 40 minutes with heavy traffic to get to the beach but leaving early in the morning can cut it down to maybe 20 minutes or so. Agsin we knew this going in but wanted to pass that along to those who love the Anna Maria Beaches like we do

Positive: Spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and washrooms. It had all the facilities we needed. The property is clean and looked after. It is located close to a number of supermarkets, and has easy access to the highway. Beaches are easily accessible.
