Summary: The place was nice but we ran across some issues. There are no doors for the rooms, the bathroom doesn’t lock, the porch door doesn’t lock. That was a concern because of the grand baby. There was no hot water. It was fixed when we called but did the same the following night we came back. It’s a beautiful property, but could have been pressure washed outside. It’s a good place for just a couple because there’s no doors for any privacy.

Summary: Our family had a great time for our stay. Very quiet and private place that gave so much relief away from the busy city life. Only a few minutes from stores and restaurants were a huge plus. My kids really enjoyed being outside fishing in the pond. Overall a great place to visit. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Summary: The property is a hidden gem, and peaceful, quiet and cozy. Stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and the Matthew was very communicative before, during and after booking. All necessities/amenities were provided as listed. Would definitely book again for future stays in Deridder.

Summary: A little piece of heaven in Deridder! Great deck for relaxing the teenage son had fun catching fish in the ponds. We will definitely rent again!!
