Maison de Couillon is a beautiful, family friendly, 3 bedroom 2 bath elevated cabin on Lake Bundick. 2 bedrooms both with king size beds and one bedroom with double bunk beds. Wood burning fireplace and fire pit outside. Property does not have an elevator and there are many steps. Boat dock on the water. Spectacular views of the lake! Great fishing and quiet evenings! Come sit by the lake!
Disclosure: this is an rural outdoor location. There are bugs (lovebugs swarm around September), critters, snakes, alligators, bad storms and more. The internet and sometimes the electricity will go out during storms. While we do our best to live in harmony with nature, we can not control these things. Please be prepared for the great outdoors where anything and everything can happen!

Summary: Stayed while in town for a memorial. Enjoyed spending some time with family members, cooking meals together, and enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. The house was well equipped with everything you needed for a nice stay. Will definitely be back!

Summary: We decided to make a trip to the area for my mother in laws birthday and to visit family. The house had the most amazing view of the lake and so peaceful exactly what we were looking for. The host was amazing as well communicated in a very timely manner and the home was clean and perfect for the family. We will definitely be back!!

Summary: Just stayed at this property helping my son and his wife move. The property was amazing, wonderful, and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. The Host was fantastic and communicated promptly. She even e-mailed to alert me to a potential "nature" event that happens annually in the area before she took our deposit. I wish we had more time to enjoy the porch overlooking the lake with coffee. The sunrise and sunsets were fantastic!! I will definitely stay again when I am in the area.

Summary: Claire was easy to talk to and quick to respond. The place was quiet and relaxing even on Labor Day weekend. Covered fishing dock was great. The house was stocked with stuff like seasonings and kitchenware. There was a kayak and boat that we were able to use. Comes with an old smokey grill and a propane grill too. Place was great overall and would definitely go back.

Summary: Claire is a great communicator and usually responds within minutes. The kitchen wasn’t as clean as I Like it but we were able to get there fairly quickly. Washer and dryer worked amazing- we kept up on laundry while we were there. Hot water was plentiful! Four of us showered every evening without ever running out. - also, great bath towels! 😊 Would’ve loved to have a camp fire but the grass was pretty long. All in all the views, location, communication, and internet/streaming was fantastic. All of the appliances worked VERY well. (They had a fridge part on order) but fridge and freezer/ice maker still worked great. Claire responded to my concerns with respect and concern to pay closer attention to in the future. She is a wonderful host!!! We would definitely stay with her again!!

Summary: The stay was awesome. We had 4 children and 3 adults for the stay. The home was very spacious. It had plenty of room for everyone and more. We enjoyed the dishwasher and the washer and dryer. The last few places we had did not have washer and dryer. The home was also well stocked with items to cook with and spices to help. The restrooms were also well stocked, plenty of wash cloths and towels. The kitchen is well laid out the dishwasher and sink then the stove with a refrigerator and island with

Summary: We had 10 people in our party and with an air mattress we had plenty of sleeping space. We used the grill and bbqed for everyone. There were plenty of dishes for everyone and a washer and dryer available. We didnt catch many fish but we did see an alligator the first evening which everyone loved. The porch is great for sitting and visiting with the family and catching up. We enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of stairs to get in and out as the house is on stilts.
