Level2 has three bedrooms and Laundry room.
Master bedroom with king Bed attached Bathroom , 32” TV and walk in Closet.
Second bedroom has Queen bed with attached bathroom .
Third bedroom has Queen bed with 32” TV and attached bathroom.
Basement level is 800 sq ft open half finished basement with additional Queen bed and pool table.
Patio is huge with Umbrella.

Summary: I stayed in this home for 2 weeks as I was working in the area for work and it was perfect for what me and my team needed. Check-in was easy and anytime I had discrete questions for the owner, she was quick to respond. It was a great space for making meals and hanging out at the end of the day. The location in Highlands Ranch could not be beat, as it was close to restaurants, grocery stores and the expressways. Plus, was in a pretty little community with some nice walking trails around to make it easy to get out for a morning or evening walk. All In all, a great experience!

Summary: This is a very nice house. Roomy with a very nice open floor plan. The area is very private and yet the location is excellent for shopping.

Summary: Very roomy. Accommodated 11 people for our Thanksgiving celebration. Great location for many needed services. Large, well equipped kitchen. Information for access was adaquate and instructions were clear.

Summary: Nice location, close to everything. The owner is very attentive which was great. The house slept the 5 of us comfortably, but could use some cleaning and maintenance. The Master bath is missing a drawer front, jack and jill bath tub needs some attention, and the light fixture is missing, leaving exposed bulbs. There is only a bulb over the dining table as well. The kitchen has very little flatware, no forks at all. Living room would benefit from additional seating, the couch seats 3. Could be a great rental for a small group with some maintenance done.

Summary: Although the property is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores, it is lacking in several areas. There is a patio umbrella, but no patio furniture. The couch is comfortable, but there is no coffee table or end table to set your morning cup of coffee. The coffee pot is only 2 cup pot even though the house can sleep 5 or more. The kitchen was not stocked very well (dishes or pots and pans) and there were none of the usually stocked items such as paper towels, dishwasher tablets, foil, etc. It was nice to have a garage and the house was clean. There was good communication with the owner.
