Summary: This is a roomy, cute lower-level apartment with washer & dryer. It is very comfortable and well-appointed. The shower faucet is very hard to turn on but there is plenty of water pressure and hot water. Lots of towels and bathroom necessities, i.e., body wash, shampoo, cotton swabs, toothbrushes and other things that might be forgotten. It is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Overall we had a nice stay. Only thing was it had a basement smell. Thought it an apartment! But it was a downstairs furnished basement. Owners live upstairs!

Summary: The unit is in need of some sprucing up. The rod iron railing leading down the stairs to the unit is loose. The bedroom floor was sticky. The host was nice and I appreciated the food and water that he made available to me.

Summary: This bottom level townhouse style apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. My only suggestion is to send the check-in/out instructions sooner than 1 hour before as I was told to contact the host by VRBO and had a mini panic but the hosts got back to me quickly and all was good.
