Summary: This property was perfect for our group of 6 golfers, close to the courses and a short walk to Bemus Point. The property is well depicted and communication with the host was terrific. Looking forward to returning next year!

Summary: This was a great little get away with our son, DIL, and grandkids Only thing to make it better was gate for the stairs for the little kiddos!!!! Loved the area will definitely be back

Summary: We booked this home because we needed space for 2 families. The location was great! However, communication with hosts is beyond terrible. While making dinner on Saturday evening I fired up the grill, there was no propane in the tank. Let the hosts know through the app that I’d like to be reimbursed for the cost to refill it please, still not had a reply?! The stairs are a death trap, not sure if they’d pass a building inspection. They have a small recess going down them from the top which is a for sure trip hazard! Lots and I mean lots of dead midges/flies in the corner of the living room and on the window ledges. Lots of items didn’t work, front burner on stove, living room ceiling fan and in general I feel like the property could do with some maintenance. Especially the deck. Lastly, you can see into the downstairs bathroom from the outside deck. It doesn’t have a shade?! I love my friends, but don’t want to see them shower! Would not stay in this particular house again, there are a lot nicer in the area.

Summary: Bemus Point is a perfect place for a weekend getaway to spend some quality time with your family. This property was very clean. The backyard has a fire pit and a nice deck. The upstairs bathtub does not drain properly and there was little confusion with the code to get in the house. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Summary: Over all nice property with large bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The front porch and back deck with canopy were well used also. The only downside was a lack of bulbs in many light fixture and the bedroom with skylights had only one nightstand and no working lights except in the ceiling fan. Also, the stairs to the second floor would not pass building inspection in most municipalities. Very narrow treads with a rise much higher than the run.

Summary: We had issues getting into the house as well as being able to secure the house even with the key that the rental company had dropped off we still could not lock the house upon leaving, which left all of our valuables at risk. There was physically something wrong with the door frame that prevented us from locking the door.

Summary: All was good and great for children. A bit Difficult to communicate with host- response to questions/issues was 24/48 hours. That’s not timely when you booking for a long weekend.

Summary: Great house in Bemus Point! Within walking distance of downtowns restaurants and shops. House was very clean and well appointed. We were in town for a wedding and had 3 couples staying in the house. Plenty of room for everyone - great dining from table for hanging out - and the 2 full baths made getting ready very easy with 6 people. Could only have been better if ON the lake! Thank you.
