Summary: We enjoyed ourselves in this lake house very much. It was away from Memphis enough to not be distracting by noise, traffic, or lights. The lake is beautiful and we spent a few days fishing. Being the off season there was very few people around. The only complaint was there was no dresser space in any of the rooms. Overall it was a good choice to stay near Memphis!

Summary: The cabin is as represented in the listing. It’s older, dated & rustic but a perfect fit for a family visit, fishing or hunting trip. The setting is absolutely gorgeous & very peaceful with a beautiful lake view & cypress trees in the water. The cabin amenities were good. Huge tv in den for watching college football. We plan to visit again as our son will be in Memphis for several years. The host family members were so nice & even took us on a boat ride to see the lake. If you are in the area this is a great choice for a nice relaxing weekend.

Summary: This is a great location and has tremendous potential. However it needs some TLC. Refrigerator was full of condiments left over from previous renters, freezer was filthy. No cupboard space to put our supplies. BBQ grill was filthy. Main bathroom had excessive flies on the vanity every day. Other locations we have rented had much higher standard for the same price range.

Summary: Property is accurate to the photos. Being right on the lake is SO FUN! My kids enjoyed fishing and running up and down the dock. Neighborhood is QUIET which was so nice after returning from Memphis each day. Huge kitchen table was great for meals and games. Only negative is that its an older property. Lots of cobwebs in the corners. Lots of dead bugs in the lights.
