Positive: All very new and immaculate. The bed was soooo comfortable and everything we could possibly need was there including a guide for all amenities and eating places in the area.
Negative: Didn’t dislike anything except the appalling weather which put us off using the spa pool which was a draw card for us. The only issue we had was in being able to view anything on the tv - might be worth some extra instructions for the non- tech savvy.
Summary: Great views, great location close to amenities, best night’s sleet (love the bed) of our entire road trip.

Positive: Very friendly hosts with two beautiful guard dogs on the upper level. The dogs seem familiar with visitors & did not sound off when I returned after midnight. The outdoor spa overlooking the harbour had been preheated for me. The side door opens onto the yard. The boundary is planted with pleasant gardens & is enclosed with a chest height wooden fence with a view of the harbour facing onto Marsden Point in the distance. It’s a tranquil location tucked within a short walking distance to the Onerahi Town Centre and library. It’s a short 5 min drive to the airport. Weary from travel & uncomfortable beds, I blacked out the room, unpacked, showered & slept soundly in a luxurious queen bed. It felt like a luxury apartment. Well-appointed, modern, & clean with a functional kitchen & dining area for a couple. Tea, coffee, milk & bottled water are provided. There’s an air fry, microwave, and dinnerware for two. You are expected to clean your own dishes, which is fine by me. Overall, a great place to rest for the weary traveller.
Negative: Nothing but great vibes here.

Positive: Nice quiet residential location, very quiet street, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, top quality mattress, nice kitchenette and private with your own access. The hosts have gone above and beyond to help and are both friendly and approachable, cannot fault my stay.

Positive: Spacious studio setup which was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels supplied for our longer stay. Suited our needs well. A broom for the floors and a towel rail in the bathroom would be really helpful. Lovely gesture of a container of home made biscuits.
Negative: Occasionally some noise from the dogs and owners upstairs The floor rug was a bit slippery. Air fryer and microwave were helpful especially as I hadn’t realised there was no cook top elements and had just assumed there were. The picture of sea view is not from this studio ( perhaps upstairs…).
