Summary: The apartment is very clean and on the lower level of a family’s house. The view on the deck is beautiful but the sun will chase you off after a few minutes. The covered veranda was perfect with a warm breeze. Location: extremely safe but very out of the way. You’ll have to either call taxis throughout your stay($80USD round trip to jolly harbor or St. John. $20USD into Falmouth Harbor/English Harbor city) or rent a car (if you’re ok with driving on narrow mountain roads without guardrails). If you get taxis you will have to ensure you save a location pin on your phone—there are no real addresses or house numbers to direct drivers. Seems to be usually quiet except there was construction scheduled on the main house during our stay which we heard in our bedroom every day and you will hear some footsteps and kids running from time to time. But when it gets quiet, it’s beautiful. Local food is amazing. Beaches are beautiful and the locals are friendly.

Summary: We were very impressed with how well appointed the apartment was with quality furnishings especially the very comfortable bed. It had great views over Falmouth Harbour and was in a peaceful location with car parking on the drive beside the apartment. When we arrived we were met by Stafan who was very helpful with restaurant and supermarket recommendations and locations.

Summary: The apartment had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The views of Falmouth Harbor and the surrounding mountains were spectacular. The evening brought songs of peeping frogs and stars, mornings and dusk brought distant sounds of bleating goats and crowing roosters. The drive to several nice beaches was less than 15 minutes and other larger beaches and attractions less than 30 minutes. Our host, Erika, was very accommodating and gracious. I highly recommend following her beach and restaurant recommendations. (We especially liked Sandra’s Island Fusion restaurant.)

Summary: Apartment is in the ground floor, while the landlords live in the 1 level. Located on a hill so you will have a pretty nice view on English Harbour. The apartment is as we expected it. Pictures are up to date. The Landlords are great people. Every time again. Thank you
