Stunning wall to wall ocean view as you enter this serene space at Laguna del Mar. Modern furnishings and kitchen with high end appliances. Mega flat screen TV with Sonos sound system. Large balcony overlooking the beach for al fresco dining or hanging out. Large seaside master bedroom and second bedroom both with large rain shower and soaker tub en-suites. Master has king size bed, second bedroom has king size bed that can be split in to twins. Third bedroom is a Family room/den with an American Leather King Sleeper sofa, TV and Sonos with access to the house bath and shower. Palm surrounded pool and hot tub in the center of the property with a barbeque area for guest use. Tennis and Pickle Ball courts newly refinished. Small gym with 3 treadmills, cross trainer, step machine, universal and free weights. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Located a short walk from Camana Bay for groceries at Foster Food Fair, shopping, restaurants, gelato and movie theatre. An easy walk to many great restaurants on seven mile beach. Not far from Georgetown.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, well-stocked condo with beautiful views on a quiet part of the beach. The complex had all the amenities we needed. The tennis court was high quality and the basketball hoop was an added bonus. Beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach were perfect. We would love to return!

Summary: My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary and stayed a week at this stunning property. When you enter the condo, you are greeted by an amazing view! The place is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is ultra modern with everything you need. Yuri was very responsive to any requests and we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was our third time in Grand Cayman and our second time staying at this property. We stayed here last summer and we absolutely loved our stay... so it was a no brainer to stay here again for our return trip this year. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. It is as pictured. Yuri, who manages the property, is very responsive and incredibly helpful. We love the location. Every time we stepped through the front door we basically gasp because the view is so stunning. It was a total dream to spend another family vacation here!

Summary: We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in the Caymans! The place is exactly as you see in the photos, the host is extremely responsive, kind, and helpful, and the grounds are well-kept with fun things to do right on the property. We were within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, and the condo is right on the beach. We had our perfect spot each day to enjoy the sand and water! Our family enjoyed the view of the sunset each evening, too! If you want a quiet, quaint place to relax, this is the place! Thank you, Yuri! You are top notch!

Summary: The condo in Laguna Del Mar is beautifully appointed and overlooking the beautiful water of Grand Cayman. The location of the condo was perfect. Close to Georgetown bars and restaurants and a 7 minute drive to our favorite beach. You definitely need a car if you want to see the island and go to other beaches. The beach in front of the condo has eroded significantly, the pictures on the website don’t accurately portray this. After a recent storm there was almost no beach so a car to take your family elsewhere is definitely a plus. Despite the erosion, the experience was still fabulous. Yuri was amazing. Very responsive and dutiful and a really great person. We will definitely come back!
