Negative: It would be nice to have at least 2 coffee pods as complimentary, travelers arriving late usually do not travel with coffee, tea or condiments.

Positive: The La Amada complex where the apartment is located is excellent, the beach is very quiet, it has a restaurant with a variety, swimming pools, gym, all the facilities available. Regarding the apartment itself, it is quite spacious and exactly as it appears in the photos.
Negative: Cleaning and check in! The apartment was very poorly cleaned, with leftover things still in the kitchen and bathroom probably from previous guests. The worst of all were the sheets, they were super dirty and looked like they were already used. They certainly hadn't been washed. Check in was also a nightmare, we arrived at the place without any guidance from the host, and we had a lot of difficulty accessing the complex and the apartment. We had to wait a long time, which ended up being very exhausting after a 10-hours flight and with older people like my parents.

Positive: The apartment is so beautiful I felt really comfortable there. The grounds are lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach club. Food and cocktails were delicious. The beach is stunning. Very private. White sand and crystal clear water.
Negative: There’s nothing I didn’t like. I wished I would have been a bit more organised and stopped at a big supermarket before arrival as I have specific dietary preferences but there’s a little store on the premises.

Positive: This was the perfect spot to spend our brief layover in Cancun! We wanted to avoid the crowds and expected noise/party scene and were SO happy we chose somewhere a bit further from the airport. It was well worth it. It was beautiful, peaceful, relaxed, and extremely easy. Our host, Diego, met us at the airport (upon request/previous arrangement) and provided transportation for a very reasonable fee. He also provided coffee from his plantation in Mexico, which we have taken home with us (delicious and a very nice touch!).
Negative: I only wish our stay had been longer--next time!
Summary: Fantastic choice: peaceful, delicious food on-site, stunning views, comfort to the max.
