Positive: It’s relatively new property and I liked the interior design of the restaurants and common areas the Italian restaurant was very bad the steak being our favourite but all very hard to get reservations in, the Mexican restaurant was disappointing .Our Butler Issac was very nice and attentive.
Negative: Some of the staff were quite rude , for example the two mixologists in the monkey bar completely ignored my husband and I for over 5 minutes in the bar while they were serving little kids sitting up at the bar , it should be adults only . We walked out . The staff do not wear name tags for some reason or I’d have noted their names better . The whole resort seems short staffed . There is only 1 breakfast place which is the small buffet and it’s not big enough to handle the amount of people for breakfast. You need to open a restaurant with a breakfast menu option . I didn’t enjoy the breakfast, cold eggs and pancakes , cold room service food also .. Also we upgraded to the elite club and this is definitely not worth the money and not up to other standards we’ve had at other resorts with their elite club options .
Summary: Just ok, not worth the money and definitely not a 5 star hotel .

Positive: The hotel is really nice and clean. The room was a good size and the bed was good sized. A good choice of restaurants for dinner. The beach is really nice as well as adult pool. We didn't visit the family pool.
Negative: Reservations for dinner need to be improved as it is chaotic and I don't really want to keep thinking I need to go back to the service desk to book for another two nights. Then we visited and we were allowed to book in for 2 nights every time we went. (From what I read it varies based on capacity). The pool is really nice and has good service and a swim up bar, but the water is just too warm for July It felt like going into a bath, so we spent more time on the beach.

Positive: Wow! Just wow. This was the absolute best all inclusive resort I have ever been to. Most all inclusives Are terrible. This one… AMAZING! I have been to 32 different countries and this was top tier. FABULOUS FOOD! 5 star dining. Rooms are beautiful. Everyone is there to please. It was great! I will definitely be returning! Make dinner reservations. Kids had an amazing time. Water park was on the beach. Massages and hair braiding on beach as well.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. Staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming. The Mediterranean restaurant stood out (Cleo) the freshly grilled fish was a highlight. The steakhouse also had some good options worth trying. Bars were decent, offering a fair selection of drinks, though nothing particularly memorable.
Negative: I've visited three other resorts in Cancun, and unfortunately, this one ranks at the bottom for me, despite being the most expensive. The food was disappointing overall, surprisingly average for an all-inclusive resort at this price point. One major letdown was the $99 lobster and king crab menu. I strongly recommend avoiding it, the taste and portion size were both very underwhelming. Amenities and facilities were lacking compared to other resorts. There are only three pools: one adults-only, one family pool, and one for kids, but all are quite small and often felt crowded. Overall, this resort didn’t meet expectations, especially given the premium price. I wouldn’t return, and I’d suggest doing more research before booking.
