This 14,000 sq ft penthouse sits on the top two floors of Torre Escenica. 360 degree views of the ocean, city of Cancun, the jungle, and Isla Mujeres. 6 Bedrooms/8 Bathrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies plus two additional 2 bed/bath for staff. Located in a very secure and private building. The palatial home is blanketed in white marble imported from Greece. Only the finest material and finishes were used in this custom designed home from top to bottom. Villa Los Cielos has an indoor pool, gym, hot tub on the balcony, pool table, WiFi and satellite tv's. House manager plus two onsite staff to help with requests and house keeping services, laundry, etc.
Downstairs the building has a beautiful negative edge pool overlooking the ocean, cabanas, lounge chairs and beach access. Great nearby local restaurants (I recommend Flamingos Beachside restaurant which is a short 5 minute walk). Also you can buy day passes for an all inclusive experience at the Villa Del Palmer resort next door. Nearby you will find endless opportunities for premier golfing, shopping at Plaza Las Americas, and wonderful restaurants throughout Cancun. If time permits going to Playa Del Carmen and Riviera Maya are a must.

Located 15 minutes from downtown Cancun (Centro) and 30 minutes from the Hotel Zone. close to the ferry port if you wish to go to Isla Mujeres. Our manager can assist with all your needs for setting up transportation to anywhere in the area. If you are happy with their services and feel like tipping the staff you may do so directly, Customary gratuity is $50 for Manager per day. $25 each for Housekeeper and Porter per day.

Summary: This was one of the most amazing places we have ever rented! It was like out of a movie. It was gigantic , gorgeously decorated, and conveniently located. I felt like I was in the movie Scarface. We will definitely rent out this space again.

Summary: We came to celebrate our parents anniversary. The pictures of the home does not do it justice. It is simply beautiful and unlike any place I have ever been. We were greeted by the most wonderful staff. They took great care of us during our whole stay. Between the penthouse and the grounds below we rarely ever left the property. If you have a special occasion in mind and looking for a memorable place to stay you cannot go wrong with Villa Los Cielos. They went way above and beyond our expectations and we left very satisfied.

Summary: This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. The process was very easy. The manager greeted us at the house and gave us a tour. This place is MASSIVE. Some of the people in our group got lost a couple times but made for some good laughs. The building is very safe and private with 24 hour guards. We spent most of the time at the house but a couple days we went to the resort next door and used all the activities and beach. We had a private chef come in one night and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to stay here you won't be disappointed. Daniel, the owner, was always in reach to answer any questions we had even during the stay. The staff at thre home were very kind and attentive. We wanted to take them back to the states with us:) After searching several properties in the Cancun area we are so happy we picked Villa Los Cielos and can't wait to go back in the future.

Summary: Loved the house, loved the people! All the bedrooms could be masters! The staff that come with the house are wonderful and Salvatore, the recommended driver, was excellent! Also, Chef Pepe and his tamarind margaritas were THE BOMB!

Summary: We had a group of seven and this penthouse is so large that you need a full day to be accustomed to the layout. Pros: It has everything one would want or need from bar areas, beautiful kitchen, pool, spa, beach and amazing views. I have to say that the staff if what makes it complete. Manager Rosamaria handled issues, answered our questions and guided us to great dining spots. Reina was such a love and lives on property. She made great breakfasts and was always there for any of our needs. You will not be disappointed booking here. Cons: really the only couple of negatives I can report are what others have posted....lack of window coverings make dining uncomfortable due to the sun blazing in. (The bedrooms have blackout shades which are wonderful.) The next is simply an aesthetic issue with the greatroom furniture which needs re-upholstering. The couches and chairs' coverings have disintegrated in the sun and humidity.

Summary: I wanted to send a quick note to thank the owners of Villa Los Cielos. We had a group of 8 people that came down for a family vacation. Daniel made my pre-arrival experience great and help alleviate any anxiety that I had. Our family didn't leave the home much as it had everything we needed. A beautiful pool and grounds. Located right on the beach. If you want to spend a lot of time in the ocean I would recommend walking to the resort next door called Villa Del Palmar. It is all inclusive and costs about $90 per adult and had tons of stuff to do for all ages. The home is absolutely amazing and the true definition of a Greek palace. It is guard gated and there is security walking around at all times. We always felt very safe. We are hoping to make an annual family trip and look forward to staying here again. Summary: Let me just start by saying, I had THE BEST VACATION EVER!!! I've never rented a house before, but my girls and I wanted to try something new. The pictures for this place do not do it justice, it's like a private, luxury getaway. The place was bigger than we needed, but didn't complain :)!! The girls and I spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful amenities, from the indoor pool to the negative edge pool that overlooks the amazing ocean on the bottom floor (with easy beach access). We used the indoor gym, hot tub and pool table daily. It was such a nice place that we often didn't even want to go into the city to explore...literally a private vacation. When we did venture into the city, everything was so close. The restaurants nearby were fabulous and one of the ladies even played a round of golf at Playa Mujeres Golf Club, while the rest of us partook in a little shopping (all duty free :)! The staff was awesome. There when you needed them, but literally never got in our way. I felt very safe there, especially with a group of girls only, it was like a secure, private getaway. I loved staying in a place that had any and all amenities at your fingertips...it made it hard to leave. Again, I've never stayed in a rental before, but after staying in this mini wonderland, it's definitely changed my views on hotels vs. rentals. My girls and I do a trip every year and we always pick somewhere we've never been...but I've literally had all of them question going back to this exact place next year :)!! I'd give this rental 6 stars for so many reasons...especially for the fact that I looked up the owner of this place and saw how handsome he is...win win!! ha! Thank you for everything and appreciate the ease of renting through you, the professionalism you always showed us, and the use of your amazing place! Above par...in every aspect!!
