Positive: The location was perfect! Easy walking distance to the Pearl and to all the restaurants and shops on the riverwalk area. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and having a smart TV so we could stream our shows was a great touch! The hosts were very good about communicating and keeping us updated. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will likely try to book this again.

Positive: The location is perfect. It's right on the river trail and a short walk on the path to the heart of the riverwalk. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable and has a parking garage. We did not need our car and walked everywhere. It's dog friendly and a nice place to walk your furry friends. There was an outdoor bar/dog park combo close by on the river with a beer garden too. I enjoyed going jogging in the morning straight from the apartment. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which we did not use too much with our short stay. But it's well setup if you're planning to dine in.
Negative: We did not have any trouble. The garage to the apartment with a short walk on the street is not super convenient if you have a lot to carry. There is a door from the garage to the inner garden of the apartments that gives direct access or you can do a drop-off and park too.

Positive: Liked the location, proximity to riverwalk and facilities. Disliked the need to have blinds down to ensure privacy. Some things need maintenance- laundry door, one access to main building not usable, written instructions not updated which was confusing.
Summary: Wonderful city with great Riverwalk and a good quality Airbnb.

Positive: Literally right on the river walk!! It felt safe and comfortable. As a single female with a little dog , itโ€™s important to be able to walk at night and not feel weird. It felt super safe even at night. Close enough to walk to the pearl district in ten minutes. Can walk to the downtown area/ river walk shopping area in thirty mins. Comfy bed, clean apartment. Felt really good being there a week.
Negative: Dog park is a little small but we didnโ€™t need it! ๐Ÿ’œ

Positive: The appartment is comfortable with a well equiped kitchen, good king size bed and couch that can be transferred into a bed easily. It is in a very convenient location at the river. Only a short walk to downtown San Antonio with all the restaurants and the amazing Pearl Brewery area. It offers free parking in a garage adjacent to the appartment complex. The owners respondent quickly to the questions we had.
Negative: The check-in was a bit of a hassle as the instruction was difficult to read, due to limited resolution of the attached file. This was settled via a phone call.
Summary: Great stay in a comfortable appartement, walking distance from downtown San Antonio and the Pearl area.

Positive: Loved the location right next to the Riverwalk and the space and cleanliness of the apartment.
Negative: The pool wasn't accessible and the dog park was right outside the balcony. The smell of poop was a bit much but still friendly animals and owners.
