Come relax on Seabrook Island's 3-1/2 miles of pristine, white sand beach, just 23 miles south of historic Charleston, SC! Enjoy watching the dolphin, riding the waves, building sand castles or relaxing with a good book on this uncrowded beach. Seabrook is a family friendly island - perfect for a relaxing vacation for everyone.
This 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom Tarpon Pond Cottage has been extensively remodeled. The fabulous kitchen has been opened up with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and more. It is stunning. The living area features plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together or gather around for a movie after a day at the beach. The living area has just been extended with the addition of an all-season room. Abundant windows allow sunlight to brighten this cottage and panoramic views of the 17th hole of Ocean Winds and the marsh beyond. There is a gas grill for your use and a deck just off this new room for lounging.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Another queen bed is in the third bedroom. A full bathroom is between these two bedrooms. There is also a full sized washer/dryer. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with two twin trundle beds. Another full bathroom with a shower is in the loft.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

This cottage is located .8 miles from Pelican Beach and 1.2 miles from the Beach Club pools, Island House restaurants/bars, and golf. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Summary: Our family of eight stayed very comfortably in the cottage for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was very well stocked and even included a crockpot, which was so helpful! We loved watching golfers, spotting deer and alligators, riding bikes, and taking long walks on the gorgeous beach. Seabrook is a gem and this cottage helped make the stay equally as wonderful. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable, but the rest makes up for it ten fold! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This was the absolute cutest place we have ever stayed! Hands down we feel like we discovered a hidden gym, not only in this cottage, but the surrounding area! We will definitely be back - it is perfection!

Summary: Our trip to Seabrook this year was nothing less than perfect! Tarpon Pond is our favorite area of Seabrook and Nancy’s place is nestled back in a quiet little corner where you have complete privacy to enjoy coffee on the front porch or a work call in the sunroom or on the small private back deck. The loft with two twin trundles and a bathroom was a great addition to the space! Weather was gorgeous. We watched dolphins strand feeding again which is always such a cool experience! We would definitely stay here in the future.

Summary: The property was clean and well supplied with everything needed for a nice getaway. The beds while not new were reasonably comfortable. We all fell in love with the sunroom spending most of our time there absorbing the view of the golf course and marsh. Seabrook Island is so peaceful and serene, very relaxing. The swimming pools were fun and comfortable and we enjoyed dining in the pool and resort dining facilities. Close enough to the pool and ocean to ride a bike there from the condo.

Summary: This is a great property, with plenty of room for our 3-generation family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for all. It was clean and comfortable and just a short 5-minute drive to the beach or pool. We loved it here!

Summary: The cottage was great! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The sunroom was our favorite. We spent a lot of time in that room. The mattresses in the bedrooms were ok. We also enjoyed the Amenities card which gave us access to the beach club. The beach club was very nice. I thought we were going to have access to the bikes at the residence but the code to the building was marked out. I should have reached out to the rental company to check on that but I didn’t. Overall it was a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back again.
