Seabrook Island's Cobby Creek Cottage is the perfect getaway, no offering peace and solitude, surrounded by live oaks draped with Spanish moss. It's central to all that Seabrook Island has to offer, and only a mile from the beach!
Come, relax, and enjoy Seabrook's uncrowded beaches; take a morning stroll on the nature trail; kayak on the many creeks and waterways; or bike the quiet streets of the island.
The Sleeping Loft has 4 built in galley-style twin beds. Each has their own USB charging ports, outlets, and drawers and cubbies for storage. The loft has a Roku TV so your kids can pick up where they left off with their favorite shows. The loft offers games, books, and puzzles to keep the kids entertained while you enjoy some peace and quiet and relax with a book from the well-stocked library.
Enjoy crabbing on one of the many creeks and waterways that run through the island. Marvel at the stunning sunset from the restaurant overlooking the ocean or Bohicket Marina while playing cornhole by the fire pit.
If you want to explore a bit, Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina both offer shopping, dining and entertainment to complete your vacation. Freshfields Village has a grocery Store, Old fashioned Pharmacy, and lots of dining options to satisfy everyone's taste.
Seabrook Island amenity cards give you access to the Beach Club pools, golf and dining. The Beach Club offers two pools, covered cabanas, access to the beach as well as towel service (seasonal), an air conditioned game room and boutique shopping. It is linked to your cc for charges incurred.
The Lake House offers a walk-in outdoor pool, indoor pool and fitness center along with basketball courts, playground, fishing pond and walking trail. Other Seabrook Club amenities include two Championship golf courses, 15 Clay tennis courts, Equestrian Center and Children's Camp.
*Note that the amenity card gives you access to the Seabrook Club and the opportunity to enjoy golf, tennis, camps, horseback riding, etc. at the member rate. These activities are not included with your stay.*
** A gate pass for one vehicle is covered by the $40 Property Fee. A second vehicle can be added for $40 at time of vehicle registration (max 2). We will send you a link to register before you arrive.

Summary: What a great place to get away! Lovely home, nicely appointed, beautiful surroundings! Our gang had a wonderful time here - it was charming and quiet and oh, so relaxing. Scott made everything about it seamless, from checking in and out to plenty of information and suggestions on what to do in the area and where to grab some good eats. Everything we needed was right there. Thank you for such an amazing getaway!

Summary: Our family (2 parents + 2 kids + 2 grandparents for part of the stay) had an amazing time at the Cobby Creek Cottage! It was the perfect set up for a small family with children. The kids loved the loft area and we all enjoyed biking around the island. Access to the Seabrook Island Club provided lots of entertainment as well! Scott was incredibly helpful before and during our stay and even upgraded a TV and the grill while we were there! We would love to return for another vacation!

Summary: I have been visiting Seabrook for years, and this is one of the more comfortable rentals I have booked. Scott was available and extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction! The downstairs beds were very comfortable, and household furniture was beautiful and updated. The home is less than a 5 minute drive to 9-walk beach access, and there are plenty of nice beach chairs available at the house. This was a great visit, and we will definitely book with Scott again!

Summary: We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 children. We had lots of space! The kids enjoyed the bikes and board games. It was a short drive to the beach and to Freshfield Village where we ate dinner and went shopping. Would love to come back and wish we had been able to stay longer!!

Summary: Our group of 6 friends/family (2 moms and 4 teens) had an amazing stay - the cottage was exactly as described/pictured. We made great use of the available bikes and the teens loved sleeping in the loft. The kitchen was nicely stocked and beds very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. The house was clean and a great location to walk to the pool/ocean. This was our first time visiting Seabrook and the house and community did not disappoint! Communication with our host was easy, timely, and so helpful. We will be back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Seabrook Island! The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially loved the bikes and the kids had so much fun in the upstairs loft area. The kitchen is small but was well stocked and we cooked almost every night. The location is perfect. It was very close to beach access, especially when riding bikes. And we went to Charleston one evening which was an easy drive. Scott was a great host and communicated often to check in and make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. Recommend this property and will keep it starred for future trips! Also, don't miss the dolphins at the north end of the beach, such an amazing experience.
