We are back and better than ever! Enjoy this Caribbean style house with a verandah and sun deck right on the Atlantic Ocean in the beautiful Bahamas. This one of a kind house sits just north of Plymouth Village. From the back door you are just twenty steps away from a beautiful two and a half mile white sandy beach. An underwater sea garden reef is just off shore for snorkeling, lobstering or fishing. We also have a 45 KW back up generator that powers everything uninterrupted when Bahamas power goes off. We have city and a cistern so water is always available.
This "made for entertaining home" has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom, full bath, and a common area downstairs. There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops and everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner. The open kitchen/dining area allows plenty of room for large groups. Right off the hallway is a washer and dryer. The living room has a large screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and a stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers .The home also has wireless internet. The downstairs has been set up as a separate suite with a common area as well as a bedroom with three twin beds and one queen bed. We recently added a full bath downstairs for everyone’s convenience.
One of the best features of the home is a large screened in verandah that stretches the entire length of the house. It's a great place to sit back, relax, and take in the incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Grab your favorite book and let the ocean breeze take you away. Early risers can watch the sun come up over the water while enjoying your morning coffee and for the night owls, a private jacuzzi where you can soak away all your worries under the amazing stars. For those warmer days… take a dip in the pool and relax.

Summary: We had an amazing time on GTC. Bella Mare was a perfect house for my family of 10! It literally had everything you could need. The location and view was amazing! I would recommend this property!

Summary: You know you found the right spot when 12 people walk in the door and everyone says "WOW"!!! I don't think you could ask for a better place in Green Turtle Cay or even the Bahamas. The house was amazing, Rodney & Kari are superb hosts, and Dawn is a blessing! What a perfect combination to enjoy such a great place for vacation. I can't thank them enough!We had such an amazing time on the island and thoroughly enjoyed the house with all of its amenities. You know how to make people feel right at home.We all enjoyed it so much, we are already making plans for next year!!! With much appreciation and looking forward to another adventure next year!!Mike

Summary: We had a great time at Bella mare!!! Dawn was the caretaker who was quick to answer any questions or help with needed items. (She even brought over a mixer so we could make Christmas cookies) The kids loved jumping in the hot tub after swimming in the pool. We rented a boat, and that was a key also. We went out everyday to snorkel and/or beach bath. We had 9 kids and 5 adults and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Summary: We stayed here once before over 10 years ago. We enjoyed it then & were doubly pleased this time with all the improvements. Its in a great location, caretakers & owners were easy to communicate with & the rooms are good sized & comfortable.

Summary: This was one of our favorite stays in the bahamas. The view is amazing. Everything is provided to prepare meals and just spend time sitting on the screened porch relaxing! Great place!

Summary: This was our second stay at Bella Mare. We enjoyed it even more the second trip. The pool was perfect for the kids. The hot tub was so great in the evenings. Dawn is amazing to deal with and handles everything for you, making the trip smooth and fabulous. We look forward to our next stay.

Summary: This is the best equipped home we have ever stayed in. We visit different out island every year. Dawn was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help by picking us up from the ferry doc, recommending activities etc. the home has everything you can think of including an air fryer, slower cooker, dozens of extra towels and linens, etc. The beds are very comfortable overall an incredible stay!

Summary: Loved our stay at Bella Mare! From coffee grinders to margarita makers, they've covered everything from morning to night. You'll want for nothing when you stay here. Communication with the hosts was great, and the on-site managers were an amazing help with everything. Highly recommend!
