Come enjoy this 1900 sq ft spacious and serene space. This in-law is a private 2 br, 1 bath with full kitchen (2 beds, maximum occupancy 4) basement apartment. PLEASE NOTE, this is not the entire house. Our space includes entertainment such as a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and card tables, board games, and an outside jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Lake Norman. Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and one paddleboard available for use. We also have dock space available for a boat or jet skis if you bring one or rent one.
Large and clean modern space that includes everyday living amenities without the clutter. We provide activities for both indoor and outdoor fun. We are handicap accessible, kid friendly, and family friendly, but animals of any kind are not allowed.
Guests will have access to the entire downstairs, covered patio with hot tub, backyard, dock, and lake.
We provide linens for all the beds listed and towels for bathing. However, we do not provide beach towels. We provide parking for 1 automobile. We may be able to accommodate additional parking or trailer parking. Please inquire, as this is not always available or guaranteed. Maximum occupancy is 4.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY ANIMALS OF ANY KIND. There are no exceptions. We are not responsible for any utilities or amenities that are inoperable due to a cause out of our control.

Summary: We stayed here this past weekend. We were in town for my son’s soccer tournament. Beautiful property, very spacious and right off the lake. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable; was just what we needed. Owners are super friendly! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Summary: Everything was just as we expected it to be with the descriptions given. We really enjoyed being able to come in after exploring the area all day, and shoot a few games of pool, watch a movie, and settle in for the night.. The hot tub was a super nice bonus! Being on the lake is one of our favorite places to be. FYI: Some good places to eat; Big Daddy's Restaurant and Oyster Bar, Lineberger's Cattle Company Steakhouse & Saloon, and Butcher Boy Cafe. Plenty more to choose from! We would stay there again.

Summary: My friend and I came down for a few days to golf and enjoy the lake. This was a great spot to relax after a long round. We kayaked and enjoyed the amazing hot tub every evening. It is a very peaceful spot on the water. The host is very friendly and accommodating.
