We fell in love with this house because we knew it was big enough for us to comfortably fit our whole family or groups of close friends to come join us at the shore to make some memories!
This large bay side house is 2 houses from ocean with lots of room to spread out. Take in the water views from the living room, bayside porch, rooftop deck and master bedroom in the family-friendly North Beach area. This reversed-living house was designed for multi-family dwelling with 2 FULL kitchens, 2 living room areas, 2 covered porches and 8 bedrooms. Just a 2 minute walk to private ocean access shared with our neighbors to a life-guarded beach. Watch the sunrise from the beach side deck; the sunset from the bay side deck. Or enjoy it all from the hot tub in the rooftop deck that features panoramic views.
The house sleeps 18 in beds. There are: 1 king bed; 6 queen beds; 2 bunk sets. 6 full bathrooms. The master has its own large sitting area and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Enjoy the two outdoor showers when you come back from a great day at the beach. House also has 2 sets of washers and dryers. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the side patio while grilling up dinner.
There are pocket doors that can be closed to separate the 2 sides of the house for privacy or to reduce noise from one side to the other. Although you have to enter the house through the same door, once inside, if you'd like to, you can live somewhat separately. Each side of the house has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, covered porch, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms.
There are lots of bikes, ride-on toys for toddlers, beach chairs, sand toys, 3 umbrellas, corn hole, and a bocce set. Renters are required to bring their own sheets and towels.

Summary: My extended family of 12 stayed at the house for one week this summer. The house is perfectly set up for a large group with two kitchens and two living areas, and in the evenings we would eat all together on the large deck overlooking the sunset. It is a very short walk to a lovely uncrowded beach, and the house is equipped with everything you need from beach gear to bicycles. Lastly, I want to say that communication with the owner was really great- she was so warm, helpful, and available. We look forward to staying here again!

Summary: The house worked out great for our extended family reunion. Everyone was able to spread out. It was great to have so many full bathrooms. Location was good. Our host Heather was very responsive to any questions.

Summary: We rented this house for our family to all be together for a last summer weekend. We had so much fun at the beach and with the karaoke machine there. I would highly recommend this house to families and friends who all want to stay together in the same house. There were enough bedrooms and baths for everyone.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay more than I can put into words. The house was perfect. I loved the layout, the accommodations, and everything about our trip! Summary: We stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1-7 yes old) and the house was perfect. The kids loved the amount of bikes and ride on toys. It’s not on a busy street so the kids were able to enjoy them without the parents worrying. The bayside deck was a favorite, with stunning sunsets. Great spot for large groups and families.

Summary: The house has everything an extended family needs for a great beach vacation. Lots of room to spread out or gather together. There is one bedroom on the living space floor that we gave to the grandparents so they had less stairs to climb. The owner was also extremely responsive to any questions we had.
