- *7 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR SUMMER 2026 - from May to September, the property is only available for a minimum of 7 nights with check-in on Saturday 3:00pm and check-out the next Saturday 10:00am. This is per the standard summer weekly rental convention on LBI.

Ocean block-200 ft from the beach - 3rd house-with 100x100 lot; private access to the beach for only 3 houses. 3 miles from the main causeway. See aerial photography to get an idea of the proximity to the beach. Located in exclusive North Beach (the section of LBI just north of Surf City and south of Harvey Cedars).
4 bedrooms recently redecorated each with a TV, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, and 1 outdoor shower.
- 1st bedroom (the Master) with King Bed and - private ensuite bath;
- 2nd bedroom with King Bed;
- 3rd bedroom with Queen Bed;
- 4th bedroom with 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds (4 separated single beds total)
- Living Room has Queen pull-out sofa bed.
***Linens/Bedsheets & Towels are not included at this property- pillows and blankets/comforters for the bedding are provided though. We can recommend a guest services vendor on LBI that provides bedsheet/towel service at an affordable price.

Summary: This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Great location, clean, plenty of space for 2 families and grandparents, and stocked with nice beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved hanging out on the huge decks with views of the ocean and bay. The beach was not crowded at all and a quick walk that we felt comfortable letting the kids go back and forth to the house. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions prior to our stay. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The location was perfect. The space around the home was great for grilling and hanging around the fire pit at night. First floor apartment was a great place for the teens and kids to hang giving the adults privacy 2 stories upstairs. Third floor living area made for lots of stairs throughout the day but just an issue with my mother in law's one day visit. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time there and would return. Thanks
