Summary: We had a blast at this apartment! It’s perfectly central in Surf City and was clean and cozy. Perfect for 3 adults and a 1 year old. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Hosts Matt and El very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Great location, easy walk to ocean beach and bay. Walking distance to groceries and shops and restaurants. Living space very clean and comfortable, everything we needed. Would stay again!

Summary: We were very happy here. It was perfect for myself and my son. Matt responded quickly when we had a question after arriving. We also met his extended family . Everyone was so welcoming. The apartment was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and we appreciated the extra touches: the PUR pitcher and ice cube trays already for us, availability of beach chairs and the opportunity to use the washer on site. Being only 2 blocks from the beach was very convenient. We were very comfortable even when the weather did not cooperate for beachtime.
