Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay at these apartments in Fiumelatte. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The view was simply breathtaking as we could see all three main towns: Varenna, Menaggio, and Bellagio. The host was incredible - very helpful, responsive, and gave us great recommendations and tips that made our stay even better. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was perfectly prepared, allowing us to cook anything we wanted. The furniture was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and the temperature inside was always just right. We truly enjoyed every moment here and left with wonderful memories. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends, family, and anyone planning to visit Lake Como. Don’t hesitate - come and stay here!

Positive: Best experience from start to finish. Super friendly host. Really clean place. Has everything and I mean everything you need, felt right at home. The fridge and pantry was fully stocked with yummy goodies. Not just snacks, it was proper Italian food and drinks. The view of Lake Como was unreal. Morning Sunrise and Evening Sunset was beautiful from the balcony. Tip: rent a vehicle as it is 10mins drive from Varena. This place has 3 parking bays and 15-20 Free street parking.

Negative: Simply nothing not to like about this place.

Summary: 50/10 stars. Highly recommend this place.

Positive: We had a wonderful time at Blu Panorama. The view over the lake is so beautyful, at day and night. We enjoyed having dinner on the veranda watching the sun go down behind the hills. The place had everything (!) we needed which was way more than we expected. Even the fridge was freshly filled for us. Giancarlo defines a new class of hosts. Absolutely extraordinary. Thank you so much, Giancarlo!

Positive: Loved everything! Awesome hosts, place and lovely expereience. The bed was super comfortable, it was quiet and we had absolutely everything we needed. We hope to return again some day.

Negative: It was all perfect! This might not be the best place if you don’t have a car and don’t want to walk a bit but for us, it was excellent.

Positive: Our hosts Giancarlo & Paola self manage their property & are the most amazingly kind & generous hosts. The fridge & kitchen cupboards were stocked with more food than we could eat in our wonderful 4 night stay. No supermarket shop was necessary. They are such thoughtful hosts. Their communication was quick & friendly. The view from their balcony was superb & we enjoyed the 2km walk along the lake into Varenna. We will never forget our short but very sweet stay in Giancarlo’s lakeside apartment.

Positive: Location was perfect. Short drive to Varenna and bliss to return to after managing the tourist crowds. So peaceful and quiet. The view is spectacular and the accommodations are exactly as pictured and described. Giancarlo is a superb host. Communication was timely and he went out of his way to make our stay as seemless as possible. The apartment was so generously provisioned which we really appreciated.

Negative: Distance means you would benefit with a car, however we were mor3 than happy to walk and enjoy the scenery into town so nothing about this location was bad
