Positive: Good location, not too big a resort and in my view much more relaxing than the sister resort Alexandra. Food was excellent. I recommend Salt Pedro was very attentive and helpful.
Negative: It is a bit tired and dated. ( lift not working , furniture a bit worn etc) Some of the service in restaurants was not great and a bit chaotic . We frequently felt we were invisible. Some staff didnโ€™t really offer a good customer experience.
Summary: Okay but not good value.

Positive: The property was beautiful and low-key. Everyone was helpful and friendly. You can take the shuttle to their sister property for a more lively atmosphere. I didnโ€™t want to leave!

Positive: Friendly staff! Always ready and willing to help. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and of course beautiful. I loved the gym!
Negative: Very small beach. There were only 3 restaurants in the resort to choose from but they were only open certain hours/ days so we had to leave the resort a couple of times for dinnerโ€ฆ.Which you donโ€™t want to do when you book all-inclusive.
Summary: A wonderful vacation with my husband to a beautiful island.

Positive: I will start by saying, everything was superb. The staff was great, from the welcome team to the wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping, tour desk, security and the event staff(Smiley, Coco, Tishane, and Chikoca). Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's name, the hostess at the Fire and Ice was wonderful. The food was awesome! Wait staff were very accommodating. The pool was great, having a bar there was nice. The special nights were great as well.
Negative: The resort is a bit away from shopping, bug bites on the beach, bathroom floor was slippery when wet. The store could have had a few more souvenirs to purchase.
Summary: The best vacation we ever had ! Absolutely wonderful! Would definitely recommend this
