Positive: The property was small and very well maintained. The hotel and rooms were kept immaculately clean. We had 2 bedroom suite and it was huge.
Negative: We opted for smaller hotel for relaxation away from main Grace Bay, however the entertainment was almost non existent. Maybe a little more upbeat for few hours in evening would have been good. The sun beds need to be better for cost.

Positive: Good location, not too big a resort and in my view much more relaxing than the sister resort Alexandra. Food was excellent. I recommend Salt Pedro was very attentive and helpful.
Negative: It is a bit tired and dated. ( lift not working , furniture a bit worn etc) Some of the service in restaurants was not great and a bit chaotic . We frequently felt we were invisible. Some staff didn’t really offer a good customer experience.
