Summary: We stayed for a week and thought it was great. Good access to Leeward Beach and beach was very quiet, even over spring break week. Very easy access to Grace Bay Area for shopping, groceries and lunch/dinner options. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Perfect home for a multi-generation family get away. The owners have loaded it with all the necessities for a beach vacation! The location is excellent, just (like the rest of the island) a bit of construction noise. Closely located to downtown for shopping, groceries and some great restaurants. The owner provided some great recommendations for all of the above, and even a running route for my son. Highly recommend! They have thought of everything.

Summary: I took my family on a "birthday" vacation for my sister. The villa was everything as advertised. Beautiful home, excellent location minutes from the beach and close to everything - dining, excursions, shopping. The home was a very private and I enjoyed it immensely. Cannot say enough great things about it....

Summary: The home is beautiful inside and out!. Everything you need is there and ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen is equipped with the best of everything. The golf cart ride to the beach is a quick 2 minutes and the beach is fabulous. We loved our stay at this home and hope to go back soon. The host was responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home!

Summary: First of all, Beate is a lovely host. She gave us all the time we needed to tour the house and ask her questions about where to go and what to do, then left us alone unless we had a question. She arranged for 6 lounge chairs to be set up and reserved for us on the beach, which was beautiful, not crowded and a one minute ride from the house in the new six-seat electric golf cart. The back patio and pool was a great place for dinner, cocktails and a relax at the end of the day. The community is gated and easy to get in and out of. The house is beautiful clean and modern with a fully equipped kitchen. Lovely spot... we'd stay again.
