Summary: Everything was outstanding. The owner is a gem! I woke up in a comfy king sized bed with exquisite linens, to a view of the water, and fresh squeezed orange juice and cream for my coffee. The house and gardens are immaculate. I will definitely stay here Again!

Summary: We had a wonderful long weekend at Joy’s Boathouse! The space was very private, clean and bright. We loved waking up and going to bed looking out at Useless Bay! Joy was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!
